I'm looking for proposal/presentation generation software that's web based and lets you track when someone reads the document.
i've seen several packages but cannot seem to find the one that does this particular thing - it does exists, i've seen it... cannot remember the name nor find it with google.
the one i'm looking for i believe imports powerpoint slides.

This will allow you to do everything you need, then actually follow progress and everything else needed in order to track when someone is actually viewing or after have done so.
