I'm interested in downsizing my HID iClass px g6h to something smaller, possibly the "grain of rice" sized injectable RFID chip.
Obviously I'd need to be able to read the data from my existing card, and then write it to a new, smaller, card.
Any suggestions? Is this even possible with the iClass? What "smaller" media exists?

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Injectable rfid is a terrible idea. Is the technology cool looking? hell yeah. Worth it? no.

you can get keyfobs, but usually they're preprogrammed with a set number. you'd need to get their scanner to acknowledge your new number, find a fob with the same data as the one you have now (good luck), or use a field programmable chip
the real question, is how much money is this convenience worth to you?
why not just duct tape your badge to the back of your hand?
I don't want to inject it, i want to affix it to my wristwatch, or even a ring, so that I can just wave my hand instead of pulling on my badge affixed to an annoying zip cord / lanyard.
