I'm going to be in Boston next week. Are there any "must see" attractions? Besides the exploratorium, are there any other science museums?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$Take the subway to Revere Beach north of Logan airport.
Stroll along Boston Harbor to the aquarium.
Stroll along Massachusetts Avenue to the Christian Science temple, where you can rest and relax.

M$In the theme of science related museums, I also saw the New England Aquarium with its very large penguin habitat. This museum even had a cute display of an sea life animal hospital complete with diagnostic imaging and critical care facilities. I also saw a private scientific collection (not open to the public but by invitation only so I am not able to disclose more than that online). Maybe I will go to Warren Anatomical Museum, and also check out the Mass General Hospital Museum or the MIT Museum next.
Today I saw the Harvard Museum of Natural History. Here is a short video clip from the Great Mammal Hall. Enjoy!
Thanks for the suggestions! Yesterday my wife and I went to Boston's Museum of Science and I recorded the video below of a lightening demonstration. I also saw the Christian Science Church and its unusual glass Mapparium. The acoustical effects were even more surprising to me, as you could hear everyone talking in the room because of the whispering gallery effect. I have a booklet of tickets (half price) which includes admission to the Aquarium and Harvard's Museum of Natural History too so I will see these in the coming days. The Exploratorium I mentioned above is not in this city, but in San Francisco. I was absentminded when asking the question. Similar to Museum of Science. In terms of Science museums worldwide, the best that I have seen so far is in London.

I've also seen 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 on your list. Next also in addition to what I've mentioned above is the Isabelle Stewart Gardner Museum and the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. So far, our trip has been very enjoyable and stimulating!
