Do you mean countrywide? Which country? Planetwide? That sounds great but a little to utopian to be possible. Here where I live in the USA universal healthcare is often in the news. Having the system we have now attracts the best and the brightest doctors form each field because the pay is better so having those doctors is better for the overall health of the nation right? Well it is, if you can afford to pay. Those who cant pay for this system often receive a death sentence so to speak. Universal healthcare in other countries works well for the country as a whole but the level of care must be from a skill level outlook less than the care available here. I have noticed many people having to come to the US for cutting edge procedures and care. Think about how much money a Saudi Prince must have. Saudi Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz has recently been to the US for an operation.
