I'm a Dodger fan... Does anybody know where Manny Ramirez is going to end up?

Well, as of right now it is not really clear which team Manny Ramirez is going to end up with. There is recent speculation that the San Francisco Giants may be interested in him for a 4 year offer to buff up its left field position and boost ticket sales however I am pretty sure that wont happen. As of right now I would say the dodgers are the frontrunners in signing Manny Ramirez. Recently the team agreed to defer Andruw Jones contract which means that he will be able to be traded and the dodgers will save about 7 million dollars next season. Im guessing that the they will use this money to make a final push at signing Manny Ramirez to a 4 to 5 year deal. However I wouldnt say for sure because they might also be saving up to sign deals with other big name sluggers such as Adam Dunn or Mike Lowell. But more likely than not expect Manny to be in dodger blue next season.

He'll probably go to the highest bidder, like most players do these days. Since the days of free agency there has been very little loyalty to teams. I know the Giants were interested in him, I'd bet on them.

I do not know why no team is jumping on this deal. I watch sportscenter every morning hoping to hear where this guy is going to go. I grew up in San Fran but I never liked the Giants I was always for the Dodgers. I think there idiots for not signing him. He got them to the playoffs they can't ask for much more except for the world series. But he also has proved to be a team distraction and that is why Boston got rid of him and now so is LA. I would like to see him stay with us but I don't think thats going to happen and there havent really been a lot of talk between teams for a trade so I really don't know.
