Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Are you sure you can't get permission from the school during the summer? The superintendent's office should be open at some point.

Something you might try is planting a small garden--try tomatoes or peppers, because they're pretty easy to grow, even in pots on your deck if that's all the space you have. They are in demand for salsa; or you could try herbs if you have almost no space. Then you may be able to either sell at a local farmer's market, from the end of your driveway, or even just load up your old wagon and sell them that way. It won't happen right away--you'll have to wait for things to ripen. And some farmer's markets are really cheap--mine's only $5 for a table--while others will charge closer to $25 or $40 and require a season contract. I'm in a pretty large city, and there are at least 15 in the area.

I know a kid who did this at age 15 with corn. He planted about half an acre and made over $1000 selling it by the dozen. AND he lived right on the edge of a pretty big city.

Another idea: some farmer's markets will allow you to sell handmade items. Maybe you could make marshmallow guns or potato shooters! Or you may be artistic, and could make some kind of artwork, or some kind of small wooden useful items. You have a "kid" advantage in that some people are more likely to buy something if they know you made it.

You could try hiring yourself out to neighbors for yardwork. Offer to clean out gutters--many older people are worried about getting up on ladders. Or do windows--same thing--but make sure you do things exactly right, completely.

I know one family where the kids would make handmade noodles all week and then sell them. I know another where they'd make pies. It was all their teenagers doing it.

I hope you find one of these ideas something you could do!

You can make a ton of money using several methods. THE KEY IS TO THINK OUT OF THE BOX. But as a fellow teenager, I can imagine you want it to be simple, right? Well, here goes:

Mowing lawns isn't the bad. And a neighbor who knows you could pay $25 each time. I mow lawns every week and make $200 a month from that alone.

I also web design; easy money!!! I suggest taking classes about this in high school my friend.

Lastly, this will BLOW YOUR MIND. You know how at arts and crafts fairs, there are always people selling framed wildlife pics for almost $100 each? Although they claim to have taken these pictures, you can take pics off the Internet, blow them up to larger sizes, and frame them. Massive profits can be made.

I hope I helped; have a great day, and good luck!!!

In addition, when you get to high school (or if you are already there), they might offer some jobs like in a school store. My school does this.
