I'm not a guy, but I don't think skin care should be any different between genders really. I have mildly sensitive, oily to combination, acne prone skin. Not horrible acne. Just the ability to get pimples.

I recommend my routine to anyone regardless of gender if they have a similar skin type. First, take a multi-vitamin and a fish oil supplement. That will do wonders for your skin and hair. Don't forget to drink plenty of water. Whatever you're drinking now, double it for starters.

When you wash your face, use Kirk's Original Coco Castile Soap. It'll dry up any pimples you may have. When you're done, apply pure grape seed oil as a moisturizer. It has mild astringent properties that prevent it from clogging pores or causing breakouts.

If you have a patch of acne or a spot, apply rosewood oil but be sure it is diluted in your grape seed oil. That will calm down the redness and irritation of the pimple or spot. If you have blackheads, apply the rosewood oil and grape seed oil mixture every night to that area.

Don't be afraid to put these oils on your already oily skin. They absorb quickly and do not make you look greasy and they are completely non-comedogenic. If you are afraid, try the routine first at night.

These natural products are much cheaper and more effective than creams and treatments you can buy which have chemicals and cost a ton.

A anti aging men facial skin care regimen to address the specific needs of a man doesn’t have to be time consuming, difficult, or expensive.

These simple quick steps include: face cleansers for facial skin cleansing, a quality natural shave cream for shaving, face toning with a facial skin toner, moisturize with face moisturizers, and sun safety to prevent skin sun damage with the use of a face sunscreen.

Increasingly men too are looking for anti aging skin care treatments that minimize the effects of aging of the skin.

Consider adding a daily anti-aging treatment to your regimen. It can be as simple as starting with quality anti aging eye creams to protect the delicate eye skin area against lines under eyes and eye wrinkles. (crows feet wrinkles)

Indulge In Facial Clay Masks To Invigorate Your Skin.

Skin care masks exfoliates dead surface cells, rids impurities, and unclogs pores so your face toning and anti aging moisturizer products work more effectively.

Anti aging face masks also stimulates blood circulation and makes your skin look and feel healthier.

I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand
now.

After I remove the icepack, I use a deep pore-cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

Then I apply an herb mint facial masque which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.

I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion...

I use body wash in the shower every morning and then I use Nivea for Men Face Wash. There are probably better methods of skin care but it at least helps my face feel non-oily for several hours.

Now that I'm looking into this, I'm surprised to see that Women Fitness recommends drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day. I didn't now massive hydration had anything to do with keeping skin clean. I do drink a ton of water, so I suppose I can cite that as well.

I just use soap and water, basically. I have a towel that I use to wash my face with when I'm in the shower.

I also bought one of those exfoliating facial scrubs. That felt like it might have worked, but honestly I'm not really sure.

I also use a water based cream for dry skin, because I get really dry almost pure white skin around my mouth and half way up my cheeks. It's really weird.

My home remedy for pimples that hurt a lot but haven't surfaced AT ALL yet is vaporub. (It's a Dominican thing.) It makes it so that the pimple never surfaces. However, if it's surfaced, it just makes it worse.
