If your boss acted like Michael Scott (from The Office), would you be able to continue working for him/her?

Michael Scott is about a thousand times better than some of the condescending jerks I've worked for who thinks the sun shines out of their crack.
Think of all of Michael's great boss qualities:
> He sees the value of keeping morale high in the office with parties, celebrations, and camaraderie (I've worked in places that mandated silence, noting that socializing with coworkers is counterproductive!).
> He has a sense of humor.
> He doesn't talk down to women...any more than he does anyone else.
> He goes to employee special events - like weddings, art gallery debuts, etc. My bosses wouldn't even acknowledge I existed.
> He sticks up for his employees against the corporate zombies.
> He wants everyone to be happy (The Dundees, Benny Hanna sp.?)
> He's a success! His work and success makes his branch successful so those people can keep their jobs.
Yeah, I really wish that if I did ever have a boss again, that he/she would be just like Michael Scott. I could definitely deal with some insensitivity, stunts, and bad jokes for all of those amazing and RARE attributes above!

M$Of course, if you were smart about it, you could probably film or tape some antics that might land you a large harassment settlement.
I actually think I would sit there and laugh most of the day at how utterly STUPID (and funny) everyone acts in that office
But honestly, who couldn't get a hostile workplace settelment with clips like this:

M$Pretty much every day at my job could be an episode of The Office, actually. I guess I'd be the stodgy comic relief.
