If you were the FBI, what would you do about so-called 'Christian Militias'?
News of the Hutaree arrests have got me wondering. With such a controversial issue to discuss, what would you have done differently? Would you have waited longer to move in? Would you slip a spy into the organization? Nobody wants another Waco...But how do we know they did the right thing?

I would treat them as terrorists and give them the same treatment as I would an Al Qaeda suspect.
If this supposed 'War on Terror' is not to morph into some kind of 'Holy War'... we need to clarify what it is we are fighting.
Why is this judge even having to decide on bond? These people planned on using bombs to attack and kill police officers. Are we looking at these people differently because they are Christian instead of Muslim?

As long as domestic terrorists such as these are not given a more lenient punishment, I see no need to worry.

Personally I am not making any premature judgements in this paticular matter until such time that factual evidence to support the government's case is presented.
At this time I have only heard the term "alleged" being used to justifiy the arrests and detention of these people.
The Government is going to have to do more then allege before I can make an informed decision.
No doubt the Hutaree have radical views but have they acted beyond the scope of their constitutional rights?
I need more information then what I am seeing.
You're very right @shadowbear. I am only referring to what has been 'alleged'.
I guess I'm just tired of people thinking they can only make a change through violence.
