You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Toning the arms means strengthening them. Arm exercises can help do just that with the help of fitness equipments like weights and fitness balls. This type of exercise includes biceps, triceps and forearm workouts. Bicep exercises are standing barbell and dumbbell curls, dumbbell hammer and incline dumbbell curls. Tricep trainings are lying barbell exercises, close grip bench press, and so on. Please refer more at http://www.leehayward.com/arms.htm.

According to fitness specialists, the preferred repetition for any kind of exercises applicable to both genders is four to six repetitions for a workout person’s last, heavy sets. Whether you want to your arm or not, try to follow four to six repetitions as your basic goal. Some also recommend three sets with 8 to 10 repetitions for strength training exercises that starts with light weights to warm up. Depending on your goal, you can change repetitions with the advice of a personal fitness professional.
