if you reach the minimum payout here in mahalo what do you think where did they pay bank??????or check???????etc...

They pay you through paypal. Go to your profile on mahalo.com, hit the "settings" button. Then on the left hand side of the page, hit the "tip" button. Then you can request a payment. Payments go out on the 15th of the following month.
