I thought the whole movie was amazing, but the only people I can remember by name are Amit Goswami, Fred Alan Wolf, and Dean Radin. These guys are all all-stars in their respective fields. I remember Wolf for his depiction of Dr. Quantum, Radin for his discussion about thoughts affecting random number generators, and Goswami talking about the universe.
I have since seen Goswami's "The Quantum Activist" and bought some books by all three of these guys.
