If you had to pick one current player to build a NHL team around, who would it be?

I realize every position is important, but I feel a great goalie can be the difference between a good or a great season. Just my thoughts!
As for coaches, as I mentioned I have not been following sports lately, so I am not certain who the best coach would be, but the coach is a very important role. An awesome coach knows who to play and where and can get players to improve through the season.

M$Honorable mentions:
Sidney Crosby. He has all the hardware you need and is a good teammate.
A #1 draft Pick such as Taylor Hall or Tyler Seguin. They both look like stunning players with raw skill. It is yet to be seen if they will lead to a resurgence in either Edmonton or Boston, but both those teams certainly took the plunge on them.
Zdeno Chara. A big dominating defenseman who has good puck skills, excellent toughness, a blazing shot, and a mean streak.
Other than that, you would have to look at goalie. The single most important position on a team. Unfortunately young goalies seem to be inconsistent and apt to bad streaks. In this realm, you might want to look at a Tukka Rask (I know, my Boston bias is coming out). You may want to look at Carey Price. I just feel that a young goalie is too risky to give your first pick.
Here's some recent goalie discussion.
