There's a few that immedately come to mind like Sandals, Dreams, Beaches and Hedonism ( I doubt the missus would let me venture to THAT one!!) and each resort has it's own defining amenities.
MY job would be to undertake the daunting task of staying at each one for at the VERY least a week, experiencing each and every amenity the hotel has to offer from learning to windsurf to getting massages and eating world class cuisine. Then, I'd have to compare each one and devise a ratings system and then publish my findings to the world!!
