If you could live anywhere in the galaxy, where would it be (fictional or real)?

Why do you want to live there? What are the advantages to where you live now?
Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I would live on Gliese 581 c. Out of the 353 Extrasolar Planets discovered thus far, this is the first outside of our own planet to lie within the "habitable zone", an area where life is sustainable and where humans may one day be able to inhabit.

The picture says it all! Gliese 581 c is much closer to its star, but the star itself is smaller and not as hot as our own. And a civilization can thrive on this new planet given the temperatures.

I would live in a fictional place that exists in a book called The Host by Stephanie Meyer. I would love to live with the Seaweeds in the book. A water surrounded wonderland galaxies away from Earth.
