If you could have lunch with an "Internet" celebrity, who would it be?

We see on a daily bases people becoming some what of a celebrity due to exposure from the internet. YouTube.com and other video sites have given ordinary people a chance to shine and be seen all over the world.

If you could have lunch with an "Internet" celebrity, who would it be and why did you pick that person(s)?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Celebrity status is a subjective thing, but this gem of a person I'd not only like to have dinner with but I'd love to have her shoot in my studio. I love her personality, her attitude and her talent. It's worth a read, but to get the whole effect you need to start at the beginning.

She also has a series of YouTube videos. But I'll let you find them. :)

I'd say Natalie Tran from Youtube's Community Channel. I don't know why exactly but something about her voice makes me watch those sometimes. They are amusing.

Out of any internet celebrity, if I could have lunch with any of them, it'd be a toss up between Joe from Film Snobbery or Tony Wolf from The Action Room. Both really cool and really funny guys!

I'm not even sure what counts as being an internet celebrity! :)

I've been a heavy net user for years, and I've never heard of anyone that's been mentioned so far, apart from Jason. And I had not even heard of Jason before I become a regular on Mahalo.

However of all the people that might count, the one I'd be most interested in meeting for lunch is Paul Graham.

It takes a true nerd to make a science of venture capital investing, but Graham specializes in turning complex theories into marketable businesses. In the 1990s he launched Viaweb, one of the first companies to help ordinary people build online stores. He also pioneered the use of esoteric Bayesian statistics to filter junk e-mail, effectively making him the father of today's antispam tools.

Y Combinator, his new seed fund, takes a hands-on approach to nurturing startups by combining active mentor-ship with relatively modest dollops of cash. He may be onto something: Web 2.0 services Loopt, Reddit, and Justin.tv have prospered with funding from Y Combinator.

He's always interesting in his thinking, even if I sometimes don't agree with all of his thoughts.

He's full of insights that are not just a rehash of the same old ideas that are always doing the rounds, and come out of everyone's mouths as if they were some kind of original thought or cast-in-stone truth.

I like his style, and I like what he's doing with Y Combinator.

Here more that gives you an idea why...
