Fairies are Cute, playful, magical, and fun. I think that the existance of faries would make the world a brighter place.
I love the idea of having a house fairy. I would love to leave out a tiny glass of milk and a few crumbs of bread, then "presto!" the next morning the dishes are clean and my clothing is mended.
On nice days I would ask for a sprinkle of fairy dust think happy thoughts and fly my way to work.
Now I am very specific about my types of fairies because they are not all cute friendly Tinkerbell types. Fairies of legend were known for pranks, some could get quite dangerous in fact. So if you plan on granting this particular wish please keep in mind what fairies I like.

Sometimes, the world isn't being fair to everyone else. There are kindhearted people out there who are oppressed and are into terrible situation and I guess having a fairy godmother could be helpful. Some people aren't too blessed although they deserve it so I guess a little magic won't hurt. :)
