After I had all the patents in order I would take a joyride in the sled until some large company contacted me to license some of my patents. Depending on if they were on my naughty list or not I might agree.
Following that; I would hold a press conference to prove that Santa wasn't a fraud and make all the kids happy (and all the grown ups who stopped getting presents because they didn't believe anymore upset) and 'leak' the naughty list to the press anonymously to exert some peer pressure and clean up the world a bit.

I also would stop my extortion and threats against kids aimed at stopping them from crying or pouting. This would be unnatural behavior and probably cause problems later in life.
