If you could ask George Washington a question, what would you ask?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

if "now," i'd ask him what he thought of FDR's 4-time elected run as president, and how he felt about the precedent-breaking act after he (GW) markedly stepped down after his 2nd term and setting the generally-accepted (and now lawful, 22nd amendment) tradition.
also, what does he think about our current foreign affairs involvement in lieu of his blatant warning against it in his farewell address.
both seem in obvious violation of his intent as the first president.
if "then" ... i'd ask him to go have a beer. i've read his favorite type of beer was the porter, which also happens to be mine. we could chat current affairs over malty, roasted awesomeness.
here's the wikipedia article on Franklin D. Roosevelt getting elected four consecutive times: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fdr#Fourth_term_and_death.2C_1945
