If we get Vitamin D from the sun rays how can they put it in capsule form.

The Sun is just one source of Vitamin D, daily products and fish also contain sources of Vitamin D. As for the process to turning that into a pill, well it's just like any Vitamin, scientists are able to reproduce the vitamins from natural products and put them into pill form.
