If the United Nations sent a peacekeeping force into a large city, what would their strategy be?

A sports stadium is could be an easy target and if the entrances are blown up they would be stuck inside and vulnerable to attacks.

M$In order for the UN's troops to enter a country, they would have to first have a Security Council resolution negotiated among 5 permanent members among the world's great powers, and 10 elected members.
The chances of any action being taken against Uzbekistan with Russia as a permanent member -- and veto-wielding member -- are virtually nil. Russia is very aggressive about keeping the U.S. and other powers out of its sphere of influence.
Russia and Uzbekistan are members of the post-Soviet Collective Security Treaty Organization and watch each other's backs although they have their internal disputes.
I can't think of a single case lately where the UN has "gone into a city" and behaved in the way that you indicate here.

Yeah sentries might work, but I think the main camp should still be at the airport, I think it's less vulnerable because it may already have security features set up, it will have all the equipment you need for communication and you control the only viable landing position within the city. If you have a move from the airport perhaps the central square would be the place to take over, again I'm no expert on the city but this seems to be the central most part, you could setup came as if it were the green zone?
I dunno, be creative if that's how your being scored, I'm sure there is no wrong answer.
It seems like the airport would be vulnerable as well. The enemy could come from any direction. I know the stadium is a bad choice, but it seems like sentries could be posted along the top of the stadium.
If not the stadium or the airport, what else would a suitable location?
