If no fans attended the professional sports games, would there be the same outcome of league champions?

M$I would say that the fans make up 20% of the out come due to the fact they are a great motivator to the players. Fans rally when teams rally, fans rally when teams are behind. I think that any time you have a large crowd rallying
behind you your motivation peaks or so to say an adrenaline rush. Players that make great plays use that to grandstand or rally the fans and in turn the fans rally the players. So no I do not think the outcome in any sport would be the same without this factor.
