@soundboy, Can you verify that this is the case? i.e. put something in the Real Name field in your profile.
...perhaps for later payment or maybe when they wanted to hire you...

@scc4fun, Hehe my name is in that field and you can't see it. Is that enough verification?
Anyway, I don't see what the big deal is about putting your name in there unless you are asking questions you don't want to be associated with you.
Staff might want to know your name for things like tax forms. It's just helps verification.
