Rape is when there is sex without consent.
Statutory rape is when one of the consenting is not an adult. Your girlfriend is 15 and therefore not an adult.

If her parents report it to the police,YOU WILL BE charged with rape. Anyone over 18 yrs old who has sex with someone under 18 is technically raping them by law.Even if they do concent to it.They are still minors.
