If companies use tax money to shut factories and move the jobs out of the country, what are we saving?

Citizens don't save anything, thats not the point of doing it, plus it takes away from local jobs.
It only directly effects the corporations (and to a certain level the government, but corporate america is the controlling force of the country in the end, not the government, they loose in the end because it increases the unemployment rate), and ends up costing corporations to pay less in taxes and other costs.
Unless of course, it's foreign business moving in the create jobs for the citizens (but again nobody saves money but the company benefits)
Who saves money it the company itself, because the cost of labour (in certain countries) is cheaper then their own (i.e. the level of minimum wage as well as the dollar value) and not as much taxes have to be paid out by the company.\
Just another one of those things we are told is helping us but really isn't.
