Your question is a little confusing but I will try and answer since you have stumbled across my page for her Oscar dress.
I feel that if anything Carey Mulligan deserves honorable mention. Her dress was very different. It was a very well known designer (Prada) yet it had a quirky twist to it using forks and scissors. Best dress? No probably not Most interesting? Yes I think she just might deserve it.
I'm glad you found a game to tell you about the dresses although I think looking through some of the dress photos you should be able to chsoe the dress fairly easily. I know for me my personal favorites was Sandra Bullock Oscar Dress.
