If a player is behind the base line and a serve by an opponent hits him/her with or without a bounce, does the server get the point?

If the serve hit the receiver (who is standing behind the baseline) without a bounce, it would be an invalid serve ("fault") and a second serve would then be taken. If it was the already the second serve, then it would be a double fault and the point would go to the receiver.
If the serve had been valid and had bounced "in", and then hit the receiver, the point would go to the server. If it had bounced "out", and then hit the receiver, it would be an invalid serve due to the fact that it had originally bounced "out".
