I, Wan Tin, under penalty of perjury to write the crime committed by Judge Ernest Hiroshige on cover up my rape case, put my son into the foster family for the best of my knowledge, in order for the Government official to help me.

1. He abandon me while I was 8 month pregnant and file a false police report to get the restraining order case # SS011963 which was immoral and I went to the hospital by myself and almost die in the hospital.
2. Judge Hiroshige influence the Hollywood detective Ramirez badge #25992 on Dec 2005, wrote a false rape report on my rape case I filed, and I believe that the rape case was never sent to the D.A.’s office until May 2007, When I went to DA’s office and found out there was no record of the rape case has been ever filed. And I called Detective Ramirez to confront of him which DA office he had sent my rape case, why there is no record of it. Since my phone has been at-taped for many years, and Judge Hiroshige found out about the I knew that he had cover up my rape case, That is one of the reason Judge Hiroshige altered a tape and use it as evidence and had his colleague sent me to Jail.
3. After Judge Hiroshige abundant me 3 years later, instead of help me and he start malice prosecution Case #6CA25854 and altered a tape and sent me to the Jail. He also influence my current lawyer Bob Hartmann to cover up my Rape Case when Sr. Federal Judge Nelson start to investigate on this case. Bob was suppose to investigate on the my rape case, employment case, altered tape, AND DCFS instead off investigation, he cover it up for Judge Hiroshige.
4. He influence my Bank of America lawyer to drop off my Bank of America employment case due to I had been committed 4 times suicidal after he left me while I was 8 month pregnant. I had been in the mental hospital for five times and diagnosis with major depression.

5. I can not have a normal life because Judge Hiroshige has been at-taped my phone in the past 7 years. He contacts my pastor whatever church I go, my friends, my roommate, my co-workers, my customer, my landlord, my business associate. I could not have a normal life. And I felt very scared. And HE USE DRE, POLICE OFFICER TO HARRSE ME and threaten me. And he had my psychologist to write a false report on me. And he hacks into my email. I felt scar for my life.

6. He influenced the Arcadia Police officer did not take the police report and to do the investigation on him. And he turn people to the Arcadia police dept to file a false accusation fraud against me.

7. Judge Hiroshige influenced the social worker file a false report to the court and took my son out of my house and put him into the foster family. He had influence the social worker and foster agency continue to write the false report against me and request to put me son into the adoption. Case # 71139

BACKGROUND

In around August 2002, I met Judge Hiroshige in one of the Southern California Chinese Lawyer Association function, and he got my business card and he called me on the second date and invited me for dinner. I was little surprise, could not believe that he is double age of me but he want to date me. During the dinner he said he is looking for a serious dating and romantic relationship which can be lead to marriage and family because he wanted to settle down and get marry again, when he first saw me that was love in the first site. I believed in him. The relationship goes very well. On Christmas, he introduces me to his family and his friend. On December 24, 2002, He took me to Judge Jon Mayda house for Charismas dinner and took me to his sister Amy’s house for Charismas family tradition dinner.

In January 2003, He started to propose to me to get marry and have a family.

We talked about how many kids that we are going to have, and where we are going to live. Right before we are going to make that decision. I found out he cheated on me with a woman named Linda, someone who he know in the past. Later on he told me that he was not serious with her and he did not have real feeling with her, and I was too busy for work and he did not want stay by himself, I was very upset by his action. I was hurt, I had cried over and over. He knew I was hurt, to apologize he bought play ticket and took me to see a play with his lawyer friend David Kim and his wife Grace Kim. And later next week, he called me at my work place in Glendale and said he is down stair and asked if I can come down talk and go dinner with him. After dinner, I questioning him why he is doing this? How come he wanted marry to me, but he go sleep with another woman, where is the trust between us? He is embraced and gave me an answer THAT THIS IS MAN’S WORLD, IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL FOR HIM TO SLEEP WITH MORE THAN ONE WOMAN. I was already hurt, but with his answer, it is like he put a salt on my wound. I just felt devastating. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THOSE WORDS ARE FROM A JUDGE’S MOUTH. I start cried and cried and start arguing with him. He did not want to stay late, and he get up and left even I was very sad.

I jumped into my car, and called my friend Alan Isaac to talk. I drove to Alan’s house, and cried and told him what happened. He listened to me and tell me forget about him. I sit there and used Alan’s home phone called Judge Hiroshige and continue cried and argue with him on the phone. Alan walked in and saw I was on the phone with Judge Hiroshige, he started talked sounds like I was going back to the relationship with him. Hiroshige heard what he said and get very upset and he hung up on me. I called back couple more times, he never pick it up. I was crying, and Alan give me a drink, later on he started to took off my cloth and he took advantage off me, I asked him to stop and I try to fight and I felt so weak. He forced me to have sex the night. I told him no Alan, I don’t want to have sex. Please, STOP. Alan. NO, Please don’t ………… He ignored me and started penetrated in me with his panes. I was crying and told him to stop. Finally, Alan stopped the penetration. I did notice that he did not eject in me. I felling in a sleep and I left on the second date. My lawyer Bob asked me that when I left if I remember Alan is in the house, I told him no. I don’t remember.

The day when I left Alan’s house, I called Judge Hiroshige on the phone. Judge Hiroshige asked me if Alan took advantage off me, I felt embraced to tell him. After few days, we went back to the relationship again. One month later I found out that I got pregnant, I told Hiroshige about the pregnancy. He asked me to go double check with the doctor. When I told him that the doctor said I did get pregnant. I was so happy that we are having a baby. But Judge Hiroshige did not want to have a baby and he said we are not ready for a baby, The first thing he asked me to do it is go to get an abortion, and now it is not a time to have a baby because we just had a big argument. I was surprised with his action and was hurt because he did not even care my feeling. I asked him that why you want to have a family with me and at least one child with me, and now I got pregnant but you want me to get an abortion. By getting an abortion is hurt me mentally and physically, and killed a baby. He started play game. He said he want to break up with me. He said he is not going to change his life style. He said after have the baby I will be fat and ugly, nobody want to be with me any more. I told him that I am not going to have the abortion, because I was already 35, I want to star to have the family as HE PROMISED a marriage and family.

Finally, He took me to see his pastor Gary Galton in San Gabriel Mission Valley Methodist church for marriage counseling. The whole meeting went into a disaster.

During my pregnancy, some times, he was very nice to me, bought me the medical book, took me to see a doctor, took me to dinner, he buy me the nice things. Some time he become very mean. One night, he stop by in my apartment while I was about five month pregnant, he wants to have sex, He lied on my body, I felt pain and told him stop. He told me that you can not have sex any way, what is the difference if he have sex with some one else. I was shuck and swallow it. And some times, he would say you would do all of the work since you want to have a child. He continuously slept with who ever he wants to, and wordboully abuse me. I was crying and asking him to stay with me, because I felt scared. He did not care. I told him that I could not take care myself, he said he is busy. Finally, one day I called him again and I drove to his house and found out Linda was in his house again. I knocked on the door, he opened the door, I walked in and want talk to Linda. Linda run upstairs and locked herself in the room. I told him that get Linda come down, I want ask her why she knew that we are going to getting marry and have a family, and she is doing this to me. But Linda locked herself in the bed room, after half hour. Linda won’t came out, and I did not want to cause a big problem. I told him I am going home now and we can talk about that problem later. That night I could not sleep at all. I told him that if he continued abuse me and sleep around I would talked to his supervisor. He said go ahead. In the morning, I walked into the LA superior court, I first walked into Judge Hiroshige court house, I still wanted to talk to him to see if we can resolve the problem. I told the sheriff I was six month pregnant with his baby. I need to talk to Judge Hiroshige, but the sheriff said, you can talked to him after work. ( I did not understand the culture). I try to talked to the presiding Judge Duke, I was told that Judge Duke was not in and I need to make an appointment, also if I have a problem with a Judge, I need to write a letter to Judicial performance committee.

FALSE POLICE REPORT AND ABUSE HIS POWER GET THE RETRAINING ORDER AND ABANDONT ME WHILE I WAS EIGHT MONTH PREGNANT

Judge Hiroshige was worried that I walked into the court house again and seeking for help. He lied to the police and file a restraining order against me. Judge Hiroshige called the sheriff, filed a false police report. He said that he break up with me back in Feb 2003, and ever since than I star harassing him. (please see attached initial filling by Judge Hiroshige and my response, EXHIBIT ONE) and also his testimony in a different occasion he testify that he break up with me in Feb 2010, because he is afraid off me by going to the court talk to the presiding Judge Duke and that will cause him a big problem in his career. And he is afraid other people knew what about his character as a Judge WITH A HIGHER MORAL STANDARD BUT IN HIS REAL LIFE HE CHEAT, LIED AND ABUSIVE. During the process of the hearing on the restraining order, I bagged him don’t leave, I can not care for my self, and I need him. He said he did not care, he doesn’t care if I die in the hospital. I hired a lawyer who’s name Kevin Key to fight for the restraining order. Even though, I have a lawyer, he had the LA SUPERIOR COURT council Brett Bianco contact me directly, and threatened me on my life safety and forced me to sign up the mutual agreement. The restraining application case number Is SS 011963. Please see attached copy from Kevin Key and the letter from court council Brat Bianco shows he contact me prior to Kevin Key's leaving. as EXHIBIT two.)

By talking to Brett Bianco I understood that even though Brett Bianco asked Judge Hiroshige may not a good idea to go ahead with the restraining order, and leave me, but Judge Hiroshige insisted. He had Brett Bianco contact me directly and force me to sign the mutual agreement. (please see attached Mutual Agreement, EXHIBIT Three). He abundant me while I was 8 month pregnant. I went to the hospital by myself to give the birth for my son. I was in the hospital all by myself, at 9:30 pm, the doctor had the c-section, the nurse took me to my room, after one hour. My body started react to the medication, I start bleeding, I ring the nurse, But she was her first day go to work to be Nurse. She did not know I was in the serious condition and need to call the doctor. I was bleeding all night. Until the doctor inspect me at 5:00 am and found out I was already pass out. They rush me into the ICU to give me the blood transfusion. I was in the ICU for seven days. Please see attached picture for while I was in the ICU. (EXHIBIT FOUR). I was told by my doctor, if she was late for one hour I would be died already.
After I give the birth to my son, Judge Hiroshige called me on my birth day on January 30, 2004. He bought me a birth day gift. And he ask me when do I give birth to my son. He took me to launch, he step by my apartment again to see me and my son, and after he saw the baby, He was so hurt because the baby was half white. I felt very sorry. I called him and apologized to him. I bagged him. I told him that because we made a mistake to brought the baby into this world, I hope he can come back and raise the child together. It is not the baby’s fault.

We had did DNA test while I was pregnant around at 5 month, when the DNA result came out, shows that he was not the biological father, I could not believe that the result was true. I told him that either the DNA test result was not accurate, or Alan Isaac should be the biological father. I told him that the night when I went to Alan’s house, Alan force me to have sex. I told Alan to stop, him did not stop the penetration until 4 or 5 minute later. But I have not give birth to the child and nothing for sure that Alan is the biological father.

Perverting and obstruction the court of Justice and Improperly Influence the police and lawn Enforcement on handle my rape case.

After I have the child, Judge Hiroshige left me. I was devastating, I do not know how to survive by myself. I was talking to friends about my situation, I understand that even though in the marriage there should not anybody FORCE ME TO have sex or against my will to have sex with me, force me to have sex that is rape. In year 2005, I called the West Hollywood police made a rape report against Alan Isaac, my baby’s biological father and started the prosecution on Alan Isaac rape case and caused me got pregnant. I shared those information with Vincent Cheung, A Chinese lawyer. I believe Vincent Cheng passed on the information with Judge Hiroshige. Judge Hiroshige used his connection, interfered with the West Hollywood police department. The police officer put a wrong police report together purposely and did not to DA office. I called the detective Ramariz, numerical times and his phone # is at 213-972-2922, and fellow up with the rape case. but the detective Ramirez refuse to give me any details on my rape case, he refuse to give me what is my case # , who is the D.A. and or which D.A. office he filed the case and SO THAT I can fellow up with him. After my numerical calling, one day I got him on the phone. I asked him that which DA office, he file my case. He said the DA office in Downtown LA. In about April 2007, I personally went to the DA office to check on my case. However the receptionist check under both my name and Alan Isaac’s name there is nothing has been reported. And the supervisor checked again, there is no rape case had ever filed. After I left the DA office, I called the detective and let him knew that the D.A. office did not have my rape case record. BUT I DONOT REMEMBER THAT MY PHONE WAS AT-TAPED SINCE 2004, JUDGE HIROSHIGE LEARNED I FOUND OUT MY RAPE CASE WAS NEVER FILE IT, HE altered a tape and use the tape as evidence and had one of his colleague A LA JUDGE put me into THE JAIL in May 2007 FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. In about August 30, 2007, I had visit one of the witness Lee, by talking to her, I ask her to spoke the truth that she know Judge Hiroshige knew Vivian Liang and arrange her to be closed friend on mine to get my information and action to help him. During the conversation, May said that why do you call the police officer for the rape case?? What do you say? She realized that she misspoke and she said that can not help me. I realized Judge Hiroshige had influence the West Hollywood Police and cover up the police report.
During the interview with the Detective Ramirez, he ask me after the rape who I told about the incidence, I told him that I told Judge Hiroshige after we did the DNA test. He ask me that if he calls Judge Hiroshige and he will tell the truth? I said that I do believe there is any reason he should lie about I told him the fact Alan Isaac rape me that night. I wish to proceed with the rape case. I asked him to get the rape case started and he told me that once the rape case started the prosecution, and he will call Judge Hiroshige for investigation. And later judge Hiroshige will be called to be the witness and will be testify in the trail that If I had told him that night Alan Isaac raped me and cause me got pregnant. I told the detective Ramirez that I want him proceed with the rape case. After the rape report in Dec 2005, I called Detective Ramirez numerical times to fellow up with the rape case and DA office. Detective Ramirez never return my phone. He said that is confidential. In around Feb 2006, I pick up the rape report and after review the rape report, I called him to point out some error on the record he had made. And ask him to make the correction, he said that he will make a note next to the report but he is not going to write a new report. I called him every month to fellow up the rape case, and also I had reveal to Vincent Cheng ( the lawyer ) that I start to prosecute the rape case. I believe Vincent Cheng had certain connection with Judge Hiroshige. I believe he release the information to him.
My rape case was never go anywhere, after May 2007, He refuse to see me and or talk to me. In August, 2008, I called his supervisor Lieutenant Beverly A. Lewis and arrange the meeting on for a formal complaint and restart my rape case. The whole meeting was tape recorded, and it is on file. I asked her to formal investigate detective Ramirez and Judge Ernest Hiroshige. And restart my rape case. During the meeting, she asked my why do I believe that Detective covered up my rape case with Judge Hiroshige, I told her that it is impossible for Detective did not contact Judge Hiroshige at all, If I told Judge Hiroshige that Allan Isaac rape me that night when I had an argument with him. She listen and knock her head and agreed with me. After we finish the tape recording, she said it is take a year for her to finish the investigation. After one year, I heard nothing from Beverly Lewis. On August 25, 2009 and I called one of the LA SHRIFF internal investigation dept, Sergeants Grote answered the phone, and I believe the conversation has been recorded. She put me on hold and called Beverly Lewis regards the investigation status, I believe Beverly Lewis told her that the investigation has not finished yet And Beverly Lewis did not know that I was on the phone and heard the conversation. But on another hand when I called Beverly Lewis few minutes and she said the investigation has been finished long time ago and she claim that she has sent me a letter regards the investigation. I told her that I never received any letter from her. She said that she will sent me a copy of the letter. Please see copy of the letter from Beatrice Girmala, refer No. # 08-003798. with mail envelop date on 09/04/2009. PLEASE SEE EXHIBT FIVE ) I called the inspector General Office, to ask them to formally investigate the Detective Ramirez and because my phone was at-taped, Judge Hiroshige probably influence the person who answer the phone and give me another letter date on October 28, 2009. OIG no. 2898G. (please see copy of the EXHIBT SIX)

Influence DCFS Put False Documentation to the court and put my son into the foster home Case # CK71139

After May 2007, I was wrongfully put in the jail for two weeks, my son end to the dept of children and family services. After I bail out. And DCFS had release my son back to me. I had report to DCFS that I was rape and caused me pregnant. And Judge Hiroshige and I was thinking the child was ours and keep the baby. But DCFS fail to further investigate on my family problem and fail to help.
Under the prosecution, I had to work make money to support me and the child and fight with the prosecution, and I was reach exhausted edge both physically and mentally. I call DCFS MANY TIMES for help, and nobody ever helped me.
On Dec 20, 2007, my son’s Psychologist Dr. Chia – Wen (AKA Winnie ) Hsieh license # 21314, her contact address should be P.O. BOX 368, Chino Hills 91709, had to call the child abuse hotline due to she was worried about me did not answer the telephone call from her. She called the child abuse hotline for inspection.
Prior to that, I had share with Dr. Hsieh many times, that I could not bear the work load and stress Judge Hiroshige's malice prosecution, and I had asked many times that I would like to arrange Joshua Tin to temporally live with either Judge Hiroshige the presumed father or the biological father side. And DCFS did not response. On 12-20-2007, Dr. Hsieh visit my house, and brought Joshua some Christmas gift, after she left around 5:30 pm, Joshua got home around 6:30 pm. I try to get up to make dinner for him. But my body was in pain and I could not even move. I felt frustrated and cried in the kitchen. I called Dr. Hsieh and asked her how soon Joshua can be arrange to live with his biological father and presume father so I can get some rest. And I was upset and hand up on her. She was worried and called West Covina Police for inspection. When the West Covina Police officer arrival, I told them that Joshua is well and asleep already. The police officer asked me what is going on. I told them the situation that I was raped by Alan Isaac and abandon by Judge Hiroshige while I was 8 month pregnant. And Judge Hiroshige did not want take his responsibility and file a malice prosecution put me in the Jail for over two weeks, and I was under a lot of stress. I had work to make a living and also had fight for the criminal charges. I barely can alive. I called DCFS many times and request they give me assistance but months pass by, nobody ever help me with any thing. The police ask me why do not I sent my son back to China again to have my parents help me. I told them that in the past two years, I miss my son so much, I called to China every day and talk to my son and after I talk to my son, I WOULD cry. I do not want to sent him back to China. If he stay over here, I still can see him once or twice a week.
The police listen to me and talk to my roommate regards my situation if I have ever abuse Joshua, Gloria said no. She had help me if she can. The police officer listen to my situation. I told the police that I have no intention to harm Joshua, but I can not take care of Joshua because the work load and the stress. I told them that I have talk to the social worker HuiChi Hsieh many times that I need some help, but she never response to me beside threaten me to put Joshua to adoption. The police officer told me that they felt I need talk to a Judge to getting on the baby sitting, clothing, food stamps, etc. And the second day, social worker Robert Rodriguez talk to me on the phone and asked me to made a need list when I go to the court and give the need list to the judge, so they can release Joshua back to me. Please see attached police report for detention (exhibit Seven)
I talk to one of the social worker Robert, he said go to the court on the 26th, and make a list of things you need, and Joshua should be able to come back with you and do not worry about, that is just. When I arrival to the court on Dec 26 2008. Ryan Martienzo shows up, I never ask for lawyer. He said he was arrange by the court, and he had me fill out bounch paper. He actually was arranged by Judge Hiroshige. However he did not go over any paper work from DCFS, he told me that there is no way the court will release Joshua from me at this time, he walked me TO the court room, The presiding Judge on the bench was reading the report from DCFS AND believe I had visual hallucination and audio hallucination and made ruling put Joshua into the foster home. After the hearing, Ryan Martinzo gave me all of the paper work. I went home read it, and I called Dr. Winnie Hsie and share with her and shock with the result. I realized that the social worker lied to the court, they make a false report and claim that I had mental problem with visual hallucination and audio hallucination, that is why the court detain Joshua. That was totally different from what the emergence unit told me to made a need list and Joshua will be release back to me the 2nd day. I realized that Judge Hiroshige did asked my court appointed lawyer Ryan Matianzo collaborate with DCFS together and put Joshua into detention. Because Ryan Matianzo covers up the report, the court thought I really had auditory and visual hallucinations, so the court had put my son into the foster family in order to protected him. (please see attached DCFS report on Dec. 26 (EXHIBIT Eight) I questioned Robert the social worker supervisor why they write the false report on me. He said that the DATA they were took from the computer system From Asian Pacific Unit.

Yoko Parsons, Dr. Loc Nguyen, and the social worker continuously file a false report to the court on the following date: 2/11/08, 2/13/08, 3/27/08, 4/28/08, 4/30/08, 6/19/08. They never intend to have Joshua return back home with me. Please see the mediation report from DCFS on June 19, 2008. Which I refuse to any mediation, and I want to have a court hearing. They keep writing I had the auditory and visual hallucinations. They cover up the whole story on how I was raped, how Judge Hiroshige abandon me while I was 8 month pregnant, and only put the biological father’s name on the paper work. On March 27, 2008, I was threatened by the mediator if I did not take any mediation that they will put my son into adoption.

Finally, I write a report on my own and submitted to the presiding Judge Margret Downing. On Apr 28, the court order Judge Hiroshige appear to the court for the paternity finding conference, but the DCFS find an excuse to postpone the paternity finding meeting, which was postpone on June 19, 2008, the court and the dept council order Judge Hiroshige to appear in the court for the parenting finding conference. The court order him comes in at 11:00, but Judge Hiroshige influence DCFS gave me another mediation report and have my lawyer threaten me that I either took the mediation or they will put Joshua into adoption. I told my lawyer I don’t want to have any mediation. I want to have the court hearing. I deny all of the offers from DCFS and insist on the parenting finding conference to be heard in the court, my lawyer told me that the paternity finding conference will be held at 2:00pm and Judge Hiroshige is ordered to come in to testify for the paternity. However, half hour later, Ryan come back and told me that Judge Hiroshige was busy and he will not able to appear in the court, and the meeting was cancelled. I told Ryan: no, I am here already, and every body else is also ready for the paternity finding meeting, and if Judge Hiroshige did not show up, he contempt court and that is up to him. I said that I am going to talk to the Presiding Judge and the court hearing is going to continued. Ryan heard what I said and he talk to the bailiff Many Lozano lock the door so that I won’t be able to walk in and talk to the presiding judge Milton Simon. The same date, I met my son’s lawyer Raumak Eshraghi in the hallway, I said Judge Hiroshige contempt the court. She said yes. He contempt the court.

On Sep 23, 2008, there is the court hearing date. I appear in the court and insist to go though the court hearing. Ryan and the presiding Judge Marguerite Downing star to play game. Ryan said he would like to have Judge Hiroshige to appear in the court to be the witness of if I could be a fit mom. I was thinking why the paternity finding conference become that if he is the witness. As in the past I have writing a whole thing to the court that how Joshua Tin was came into this world due to the result of Judge Hiroshige promised marriage and family, and we were planning to get marry and have a family. And now him did not want to be responsible at all. And the court and his colleague Judges will help him not do the right thing. I also had disclose the court hat how I was raped by the biological father. But Judge Marguerite Downing and the dept council start playing game that there is no need to call Judge Hiroshige appear in the court. And the dept council said there is a DNA test had been down by Judge Hiroshige and shows that he is not the biological father. I question the county council that the first date I had testify Alan Isaac is the biological father, Judge Hiroshige was the presume father, why him make Judge Hiroshige to do the DNA test again? What is his purpose? In addition, I have never mention to any body that he is the biological father both in writing or wordboully. Judge Hiroshige is the presumed father and he is on called to come in to testify if Joshua Tin was born because he and I was planning to get marry and have a family, and did he left me while I was eight month pregnant. And the purpose have him to appear in the court, which is hoping that he will step forward and take his responsibility.

However I believe Judge Marguerite Downing for some reason had give favor to her colleague. She insist to have Alan Isaac to remind to be the father. May I ask if the court should give a favor to some one because he is a friend? A colleague, The Governor? Should the law apply to every body equally including Judges, Lawyer, Governor and the President of the Unit State? NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. Or those people would be above the law? I had asked my Lawyer Ryan Matienzo to get the court transcript on Sep 23, 2008, Judge Margret Downing SIGN DENY to release any those information to me. That is illegal. There is no law prevent me to get the court transcript. Please see attached my request for the transcript with Judge Downing’s signature to deny FOR COURT TRANSCRIP. EXHIBT NINE. She knew that she had done some thing wrong, so she did not want to release those transcript.

Now that the Department of Children and Family Services is trying to use every single incidence and made it is look like I was the problem, to cancel all of my visitation and try to put Joshua Tin into ADOPTION so that Judge Hiroshige will never have any financial responsibility. DCFS keep lie to the court that my son won’t be able to make a statement if he want to return home. Actually, in the past each phone call I had with my son was taped recorded since the date one my son was put into the foster family, he carried that he want to be with his mother, he want to go home. But Social worker lied to the court and said my son was not able to make any statement on what he wants. In the beginning when my son was just detent, I was able to call him on daily basis. And keep emotional connected with him. However, after Amy Watanabe took over the social worker, she change my son from one foster family to another foster family with out discuss with me at all. She just made a decision and trade my son like a dog from one pound to another pound, and take him out from the faster family and put him to another family, without considerate if my son would be able to adapt the changing environment and how is that going to affect on his psychologically and emotionally. Please see the foster father’s report that my son carried out at least three to four times a night from the sudden foster family change. She also put Joshua into Confidential placement and cutting me off and have any connection I had with my son, if I am under the family reunification services. Why I should stop calling my son? In which I had taken this issue up to the executive director Rick Brian, when Rick Brian asked Why Amy Watanabe stop me by calling my son, she said that because the foster father asked her not to release the phone # to me, HOWEVER, I HAVE THE FOSTER FATHER’S HAND WRITTEN DECALRATION THAT HE NEVER REQUEST DO NOT RELEASE HIS HOME PHONE TO ME. What is the intention from Yumi Lin, Amy Watanabe? Also during the time deal with the social worker, Yumi, Huichi, and Angle Chou getting involved with Judge Hiroshige’s financial settlement between me and him. They had telling me that Judge Hiroshige was not responsible for Joshua. He was not the biological father, why do you want $3,000 a month. I said told her that is what he offer to me. In addition that is between me and him. He agrees to support me and the child, if he did not want to, he will talk to my lawyer? Why are you getting involved with a financial settlement? Or I asked to much or he offer too little. One time I had told Huichi that I have a lawyer and he has a lawyer, why are you getting involved? But that only make DCFS social worker more angry at me. They said why don’t you want the biological father to raise the child? Why you want Judge Hiroshige raise the child by him self?

I had told Dr. Loc Ngyuen and Mr. Rick Brian that there is no trust between me and Asian Pacific Unit, how can I expect them to help me? I would like my case to transfer out to other unit, but they refused. For one year my son in the foster family, there is no social worker ever talk to me more than 10 time on how to help me beside tell me that Judge Hiroshige is not responsible for me and my son. We don’t know where is the biological father, he is criminal by raping me. In addition, he has no job, he does drugs. He is not in good character. But they want him to be remain as the father. And now they want to put my son into Adoption. In addition, they called police on me with no reason and try to make me look I am person violent and crazy. The police officer Lutenant John Curley had to advise DCFS do not call if there is no crime.

Judge Hiroshige uses one of GOVERMENT AGENCY at-taped all of my phone, Including my cell phone, my work phone, and my home phone. He knew who I talked to. From that he knew that I went to see a counselor Nichole Ho, in Foot Hill Family Services, Sam In, Dr. Diane Puchbauer, Azusa University, Judge Hiroshige influence most of the counselor to find out what is my intention, what I am going to do with him, and so that my son will not be able return back to me.

By at-taping my phone, he knew who is my friend, my business associate, my conversation with my family, He contact who ever I have business with, who ever is my friend, and the sad thing is that those my friend will become his friend as where the power is. I have no friend left, who one I can share with. He had my employee Frank Perini threaten me, if I report him to the judicial performance committee, he will use his connection to have my business closed. He also contact my business associate Nick Chacon, a Realtor Coldwell Banker George, he was originally try to help me to put up a report to Judicial Performance Committee. The second date he come back and tell me that Winnie, if you write a complaint to the Judicial performance committee, Judge Hiroshige will sue you for perjury. I said Nick, # 1, Perjury is only if I lied, #2, how much he want sue me for: $1, to $10 Million?
Judge Hiroshige contact my customer go to the DRE complaint about me. And have DRE harassed, had Police officer harassed me

Influence my employment lawyer to drop off my employment case AND give the misrepresentation in the court, Perverting and obstruction the court of Justice.
Judge Hiroshige also contact my defense lawyer Bob Hartmann, had conspiracy with my criminal lawyer Bob Hartmann to help him to cover up an alter tape for not to examined he used to put me in the Jail. The tape should be exanimate for the alteration, but Bob Hartmann covers it up. Never sent to any lab for the examination.
Had Bob misrepresenting me in the court and get me convicted with a crime and also influence not presenting the evidence to Jury about him perjured me to put me in the jail.
He also influence Bob Hartmann to cover up for him on influence Detective to cover up my rape case, influence the social worker to fail false documentation to the court.

Please see the letter from Bob Hartmann to the prosecutor request to pick up the original tape and sent to the lab for the examination in Sep 24 2008, and in the letter Bob had very clearly point out that the technician told him that they can only use the original tape for the examination. Please see the letter from Bob as (EXHIBIT TEN) But after one year with over 30 emails to Bob to request him to examined the tape, but Bob never exanimate the tape instead he told the court the false information that the tape can be exanimate do so. And the LAB cannot move the equipment to city attorney's office to examined the tape. And Bob Hartmann knew that when he write the letter to the Prosecutor, without the equipment, the tech cannot exanimate the tape at all. However, everybody knew that they should get the original tape pick up and exanimate it, but nobody to do so. By the standard, Sandra Streeter is a lawyer and should prosecuting crime, She and Bob both know the tape has been altered it. But they will not do anything. In the opposed way, they help Judge Hiroshige cover up the altered tape. From Sept 24, 2008, Bob request the original tape to be exanimate, and the City attorney refuse to give to him, Until Sep 04, 2009, I request Bob talk to the court for tape examination, I said if he is not going to do so, I will talk to the Judge to get the tape exanimate. Finally Bob made the motion to have the tape examined. But the City Attorney refuse to release the tape and request the technician to go her office to examined the tape. By her knowledge, she ALREADY knew nobody can USEING COPY TO get the tape examined.

And now they are using the psychiatrist to write a letter to the court, and to tell the court that I should be dangerous to Judge Hiroshige. I cannot change my felling that I did not like this man. I loved a man with low quality under later. But I never want to kill him. I do not know where this Psychiatrist found those information. I had never tell anybody I want to kill him or plan to kill him. I think this psychiatrist has sold me.

Judge Hiroshige is not like apparently a nice man and talk about the race discrimination in the public on the news, TV, for contribution to the society. That is the package he plays on the stage. In the real life, he is abusive, selfish, no family value, sleep around. He is very evil. He fight five years for financial settlement with his ex-wife for the divorce, cause a huge emotional distress to his first wife and his own son. And also caused his son has chronology depression. His son never stat and capable to any college, but he blame every thing to his ex-wife. And in the public he is play a role as the perfect Judge. In the bible said the husband is the head for the family. He should be the leader, he should be the brain. With his low moral, ethical standard, I don’t know how he can be the leader. If he has no moral to be the leader in the family, I don’t know what is his moral to be the leader in the public.
After I had all of the problems, I heard that he had a reputation that he like to date young woman. I was talking to one of the deputy DA, Chris Leong, and he told me that Judge Hiroshige like to date young, beautiful woman, I asked him to gave me some the name of the young woman, he refuse to. I guess he date me only because I was young and beautiful, He said he is going to marry to me only want to use this to get sex. Now I realized how many YOUNG woman he had dated? He also had cheat on his first wife. Abandon me while I was eight month pregnant even though we did not know for sure that he is not the biological father for my son, and cause a huge emotional damage on me. I was a student when I initially came into this country, I was beautiful, young, energetic, ambitious. But after what he did to me, and abandon me, I did not know how to survive. I had tried to committed four times suicidal after he left me with a baby. I am in this country by myself, I have no help. In stead of help me, Judge Hiroshige not only cover up the rape case, but also start to make a false police report to prosecuting me. He talked to me though friend that he is willing to pay $3,000 a month to support me and the child. Then He turn around said I black mail him for money. My existence is a problem on his career and his reputation. He altered an tape and used it put me into Jail for two weeks. No lawyer help me on my criminal case. Every lawyer I hire would give me false information. He will use his connection to threaten them. I have no one on my side to help.

He blame every thing on me. I went to Alan Isaac’s house on my own. If I did not put my situation that I would not be get rape, so that I will pay the price for that.

I date him due to I though that Judge should be the most honorable people on the earth. I want to give him my whole life. However, He made me wonder if United State really is really a Democratic country with the holy Bible and holy spirit for the foundation.

He is not only influence the PUBLICE OFFECER not improperly handle my case. But he had try to hire a professional killer to kill me, I had report this to Judge John Conley’s court room. My existence is dangerous to him. I learned that he want to become a Federal Court Judge? With his quality, I don’t know how he is going to be the federal court Judge?

For all of the above reason, after he find me file a lawsuit with Bank of America, he influence every lawyer I had either withdraw from my case or settle my lawsuit with out my permission. Lawyer Markus Mancini withdraw from my employment case with out any reason, Debra Opri settle my case with out my permit. Finally, he influence Susan Hartley had put me in the dark, she never finish the deposition and discovery on my case, and she did misrepresentation in the summary judgment with out my presence. She never either finish the deposition, never even submit the evidence to the court. After the judge made the decision on ruling favor to defendant, I request Susan Hartley to file a motion for the Judge to re-considerate on my employment case. But she ignore my request on my daily email, I was forced to write a motion on my own. My employment case has nothing to do with him, who gave him the right to influence every lawyer I had? Now I have no support, I am in this country by myself. I need work to make money to raise my son. Without any financial earning, how may I going to survive, how may I going to raise a beautiful little boy by myself? Judge Hiroshige did not support t at me at all, but he wants to destroy me. I came into this country as a student. I thought this is a wonderful county, but now I see the dark side of America. Do I live in America or I live in China?

Now that, the Nicholas Cain, the Sr. deputy commissioner in DRE called me on Nov 25, 2008. The first thing he asked me is that He heard that I have received the letter from him why I did not response? I said that his letter was not address to me why should I response to him. No. 2, how he knew that I got his letter? He could not answer it. Now Judge Hiroshige is trying to take my license away. Not only that. After I report this problem to a Federal court judge for help, she had Pasadena court give me more time and looking for a lawyer, LA county bar association give a referral for the lawyer Thomas Bradford. I went to for interview. In the end, Mr. Thomas Bradford said that it is not Judge Hiroshige’s responsibility to report some one rape me. I answer him that may be Judge Hiroshige did not have to help me to report a rape case, but he did not have to influence the police not to prosecute. And later, he called me back that he is not going to take my case. May I asked how him knew about my rape case? Who told him that?

I would like to Judicial Performance committee to formal investigate on Judge Hiroshige, who give him the right at-taped my phone? That is federal crime. When I try to make a police report, they said that they are not going to make a police report, and they are not going to make any investigation on a Judge??????? I would like to seek the protection from the Judicial Performance Committee, if every thing what I told you is true and corrected, I would like to see the discipline action be taken.

I, Wan Tin, under penalty of perjury to write the crime committed by Judge Ernest Hiroshige on cover up my rape case, put my son into the foster family for the best of my knowledge, in order for the Government official to help me.

1. He abandon me while I was 8 month pregnant and file a false police report to get the restraining order case # SS011963 which was immoral and I went to the hospital by myself and almost die in the hospital.
2. Judge Hiroshige influence the Hollywood detective Ramirez badge #25992 on Dec 2005, wrote a false rape report on my rape case I filed, and I believe that the rape case was never sent to the D.A.’s office until May 2007, When I went to DA’s office and found out there was no record of the rape case has been ever filed. And I called Detective Ramirez to confront of him which DA office he had sent my rape case, why there is no record of it. Since my phone has been at-taped for many years, and Judge Hiroshige found out about the I knew that he had cover up my rape case, That is one of the reason Judge Hiroshige altered a tape and use it as evidence and had his colleague sent me to Jail.
3. After Judge Hiroshige abundant me 3 years later, instead of help me and he start malice prosecution Case #6CA25854 and altered a tape and sent me to the Jail. He also influence my current lawyer Bob Hartmann to cover up my Rape Case when Sr. Federal Judge Nelson start to investigate on this case. Bob was suppose to investigate on the my rape case, employment case, altered tape, AND DCFS instead off investigation, he cover it up for Judge Hiroshige.
4. He influence my Bank of America lawyer to drop off my Bank of America employment case due to I had been committed 4 times suicidal after he left me while I was 8 month pregnant. I had been in the mental hospital for five times and diagnosis with major depression.

5. I can not have a normal life because Judge Hiroshige has been at-taped my phone in the past 7 years. He contacts my pastor whatever church I go, my friends, my roommate, my co-workers, my customer, my landlord, my business associate. I could not have a normal life. And I felt very scared. And HE USE DRE, POLICE OFFICER TO HARRSE ME and threaten me. And he had my psychologist to write a false report on me. And he hacks into my email. I felt scar for my life.

6. He influenced the Arcadia Police officer did not take the police report and to do the investigation on him. And he turn people to the Arcadia police dept to file a false accusation fraud against me.

7. Judge Hiroshige influenced the social worker file a false report to the court and took my son out of my house and put him into the foster family. He had influence the social worker and foster agency continue to write the false report against me and request to put me son into the adoption. Case # 71139

BACKGROUND

In around August 2002, I met Judge Hiroshige in one of the Southern California Chinese Lawyer Association function, and he got my business card and he called me on the second date and invited me for dinner. I was little surprise, could not believe that he is double age of me but he want to date me. During the dinner he said he is looking for a serious dating and romantic relationship which can be lead to marriage and family because he wanted to settle down and get marry again, when he first saw me that was love in the first site. I believed in him. The relationship goes very well. On Christmas, he introduces me to his family and his friend. On December 24, 2002, He took me to Judge Jon Mayda house for Charismas dinner and took me to his sister Amy’s house for Charismas family tradition dinner.

In January 2003, He started to propose to me to get marry and have a family.

We talked about how many kids that we are going to have, and where we are going to live. Right before we are going to make that decision. I found out he cheated on me with a woman named Linda, someone who he know in the past. Later on he told me that he was not serious with her and he did not have real feeling with her, and I was too busy for work and he did not want stay by himself, I was very upset by his action. I was hurt, I had cried over and over. He knew I was hurt, to apologize he bought play ticket and took me to see a play with his lawyer friend David Kim and his wife Grace Kim. And later next week, he called me at my work place in Glendale and said he is down stair and asked if I can come down talk and go dinner with him. After dinner, I questioning him why he is doing this? How come he wanted marry to me, but he go sleep with another woman, where is the trust between us? He is embraced and gave me an answer THAT THIS IS MAN’S WORLD, IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL FOR HIM TO SLEEP WITH MORE THAN ONE WOMAN. I was already hurt, but with his answer, it is like he put a salt on my wound. I just felt devastating. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THOSE WORDS ARE FROM A JUDGE’S MOUTH. I start cried and cried and start arguing with him. He did not want to stay late, and he get up and left even I was very sad.

I jumped into my car, and called my friend Alan Isaac to talk. I drove to Alan’s house, and cried and told him what happened. He listened to me and tell me forget about him. I sit there and used Alan’s home phone called Judge Hiroshige and continue cried and argue with him on the phone. Alan walked in and saw I was on the phone with Judge Hiroshige, he started talked sounds like I was going back to the relationship with him. Hiroshige heard what he said and get very upset and he hung up on me. I called back couple more times, he never pick it up. I was crying, and Alan give me a drink, later on he started to took off my cloth and he took advantage off me, I asked him to stop and I try to fight and I felt so weak. He forced me to have sex the night. I told him no Alan, I don’t want to have sex. Please, STOP. Alan. NO, Please don’t ………… He ignored me and started penetrated in me with his panes. I was crying and told him to stop. Finally, Alan stopped the penetration. I did notice that he did not eject in me. I felling in a sleep and I left on the second date. My lawyer Bob asked me that when I left if I remember Alan is in the house, I told him no. I don’t remember.

The day when I left Alan’s house, I called Judge Hiroshige on the phone. Judge Hiroshige asked me if Alan took advantage off me, I felt embraced to tell him. After few days, we went back to the relationship again. One month later I found out that I got pregnant, I told Hiroshige about the pregnancy. He asked me to go double check with the doctor. When I told him that the doctor said I did get pregnant. I was so happy that we are having a baby. But Judge Hiroshige did not want to have a baby and he said we are not ready for a baby, The first thing he asked me to do it is go to get an abortion, and now it is not a time to have a baby because we just had a big argument. I was surprised with his action and was hurt because he did not even care my feeling. I asked him that why you want to have a family with me and at least one child with me, and now I got pregnant but you want me to get an abortion. By getting an abortion is hurt me mentally and physically, and killed a baby. He started play game. He said he want to break up with me. He said he is not going to change his life style. He said after have the baby I will be fat and ugly, nobody want to be with me any more. I told him that I am not going to have the abortion, because I was already 35, I want to star to have the family as HE PROMISED a marriage and family.

Finally, He took me to see his pastor Gary Galton in San Gabriel Mission Valley Methodist church for marriage counseling. The whole meeting went into a disaster.

During my pregnancy, some times, he was very nice to me, bought me the medical book, took me to see a doctor, took me to dinner, he buy me the nice things. Some time he become very mean. One night, he stop by in my apartment while I was about five month pregnant, he wants to have sex, He lied on my body, I felt pain and told him stop. He told me that you can not have sex any way, what is the difference if he have sex with some one else. I was shuck and swallow it. And some times, he would say you would do all of the work since you want to have a child. He continuously slept with who ever he wants to, and wordboully abuse me. I was crying and asking him to stay with me, because I felt scared. He did not care. I told him that I could not take care myself, he said he is busy. Finally, one day I called him again and I drove to his house and found out Linda was in his house again. I knocked on the door, he opened the door, I walked in and want talk to Linda. Linda run upstairs and locked herself in the room. I told him that get Linda come down, I want ask her why she knew that we are going to getting marry and have a family, and she is doing this to me. But Linda locked herself in the bed room, after half hour. Linda won’t came out, and I did not want to cause a big problem. I told him I am going home now and we can talk about that problem later. That night I could not sleep at all. I told him that if he continued abuse me and sleep around I would talked to his supervisor. He said go ahead. In the morning, I walked into the LA superior court, I first walked into Judge Hiroshige court house, I still wanted to talk to him to see if we can resolve the problem. I told the sheriff I was six month pregnant with his baby. I need to talk to Judge Hiroshige, but the sheriff said, you can talked to him after work. ( I did not understand the culture). I try to talked to the presiding Judge Duke, I was told that Judge Duke was not in and I need to make an appointment, also if I have a problem with a Judge, I need to write a letter to Judicial performance committee.

FALSE POLICE REPORT AND ABUSE HIS POWER GET THE RETRAINING ORDER AND ABANDONT ME WHILE I WAS EIGHT MONTH PREGNANT

Judge Hiroshige was worried that I walked into the court house again and seeking for help. He lied to the police and file a restraining order against me. Judge Hiroshige called the sheriff, filed a false police report. He said that he break up with me back in Feb 2003, and ever since than I star harassing him. (please see attached initial filling by Judge Hiroshige and my response, EXHIBIT ONE) and also his testimony in a different occasion he testify that he break up with me in Feb 2010, because he is afraid off me by going to the court talk to the presiding Judge Duke and that will cause him a big problem in his career. And he is afraid other people knew what about his character as a Judge WITH A HIGHER MORAL STANDARD BUT IN HIS REAL LIFE HE CHEAT, LIED AND ABUSIVE. During the process of the hearing on the restraining order, I bagged him don’t leave, I can not care for my self, and I need him. He said he did not care, he doesn’t care if I die in the hospital. I hired a lawyer who’s name Kevin Key to fight for the restraining order. Even though, I have a lawyer, he had the LA SUPERIOR COURT council Brett Bianco contact me directly, and threatened me on my life safety and forced me to sign up the mutual agreement. The restraining application case number Is SS 011963. Please see attached copy from Kevin Key and the letter from court council Brat Bianco shows he contact me prior to Kevin Key's leaving. as EXHIBIT two.)

By talking to Brett Bianco I understood that even though Brett Bianco asked Judge Hiroshige may not a good idea to go ahead with the restraining order, and leave me, but Judge Hiroshige insisted. He had Brett Bianco contact me directly and force me to sign the mutual agreement. (please see attached Mutual Agreement, EXHIBIT Three). He abundant me while I was 8 month pregnant. I went to the hospital by myself to give the birth for my son. I was in the hospital all by myself, at 9:30 pm, the doctor had the c-section, the nurse took me to my room, after one hour. My body started react to the medication, I start bleeding, I ring the nurse, But she was her first day go to work to be Nurse. She did not know I was in the serious condition and need to call the doctor. I was bleeding all night. Until the doctor inspect me at 5:00 am and found out I was already pass out. They rush me into the ICU to give me the blood transfusion. I was in the ICU for seven days. Please see attached picture for while I was in the ICU. (EXHIBIT FOUR). I was told by my doctor, if she was late for one hour I would be died already.
After I give the birth to my son, Judge Hiroshige called me on my birth day on January 30, 2004. He bought me a birth day gift. And he ask me when do I give birth to my son. He took me to launch, he step by my apartment again to see me and my son, and after he saw the baby, He was so hurt because the baby was half white. I felt very sorry. I called him and apologized to him. I bagged him. I told him that because we made a mistake to brought the baby into this world, I hope he can come back and raise the child together. It is not the baby’s fault.

We had did DNA test while I was pregnant around at 5 month, when the DNA result came out, shows that he was not the biological father, I could not believe that the result was true. I told him that either the DNA test result was not accurate, or Alan Isaac should be the biological father. I told him that the night when I went to Alan’s house, Alan force me to have sex. I told Alan to stop, him did not stop the penetration until 4 or 5 minute later. But I have not give birth to the child and nothing for sure that Alan is the biological father.

Perverting and obstruction the court of Justice and Improperly Influence the police and lawn Enforcement on handle my rape case.

After I have the child, Judge Hiroshige left me. I was devastating, I do not know how to survive by myself. I was talking to friends about my situation, I understand that even though in the marriage there should not anybody FORCE ME TO have sex or against my will to have sex with me, force me to have sex that is rape. In year 2005, I called the West Hollywood police made a rape report against Alan Isaac, my baby’s biological father and started the prosecution on Alan Isaac rape case and caused me got pregnant. I shared those information with Vincent Cheung, A Chinese lawyer. I believe Vincent Cheng passed on the information with Judge Hiroshige. Judge Hiroshige used his connection, interfered with the West Hollywood police department. The police officer put a wrong police report together purposely and did not to DA office. I called the detective Ramariz, numerical times and his phone # is at 213-972-2922, and fellow up with the rape case. but the detective Ramirez refuse to give me any details on my rape case, he refuse to give me what is my case # , who is the D.A. and or which D.A. office he filed the case and SO THAT I can fellow up with him. After my numerical calling, one day I got him on the phone. I asked him that which DA office, he file my case. He said the DA office in Downtown LA. In about April 2007, I personally went to the DA office to check on my case. However the receptionist check under both my name and Alan Isaac’s name there is nothing has been reported. And the supervisor checked again, there is no rape case had ever filed. After I left the DA office, I called the detective and let him knew that the D.A. office did not have my rape case record. BUT I DONOT REMEMBER THAT MY PHONE WAS AT-TAPED SINCE 2004, JUDGE HIROSHIGE LEARNED I FOUND OUT MY RAPE CASE WAS NEVER FILE IT, HE altered a tape and use the tape as evidence and had one of his colleague A LA JUDGE put me into THE JAIL in May 2007 FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. In about August 30, 2007, I had visit one of the witness Lee, by talking to her, I ask her to spoke the truth that she know Judge Hiroshige knew Vivian Liang and arrange her to be closed friend on mine to get my information and action to help him. During the conversation, May said that why do you call the police officer for the rape case?? What do you say? She realized that she misspoke and she said that can not help me. I realized Judge Hiroshige had influence the West Hollywood Police and cover up the police report.
During the interview with the Detective Ramirez, he ask me after the rape who I told about the incidence, I told him that I told Judge Hiroshige after we did the DNA test. He ask me that if he calls Judge Hiroshige and he will tell the truth? I said that I do believe there is any reason he should lie about I told him the fact Alan Isaac rape me that night. I wish to proceed with the rape case. I asked him to get the rape case started and he told me that once the rape case started the prosecution, and he will call Judge Hiroshige for investigation. And later judge Hiroshige will be called to be the witness and will be testify in the trail that If I had told him that night Alan Isaac raped me and cause me got pregnant. I told the detective Ramirez that I want him proceed with the rape case. After the rape report in Dec 2005, I called Detective Ramirez numerical times to fellow up with the rape case and DA office. Detective Ramirez never return my phone. He said that is confidential. In around Feb 2006, I pick up the rape report and after review the rape report, I called him to point out some error on the record he had made. And ask him to make the correction, he said that he will make a note next to the report but he is not going to write a new report. I called him every month to fellow up the rape case, and also I had reveal to Vincent Cheng ( the lawyer ) that I start to prosecute the rape case. I believe Vincent Cheng had certain connection with Judge Hiroshige. I believe he release the information to him.
My rape case was never go anywhere, after May 2007, He refuse to see me and or talk to me. In August, 2008, I called his supervisor Lieutenant Beverly A. Lewis and arrange the meeting on for a formal complaint and restart my rape case. The whole meeting was tape recorded, and it is on file. I asked her to formal investigate detective Ramirez and Judge Ernest Hiroshige. And restart my rape case. During the meeting, she asked my why do I believe that Detective covered up my rape case with Judge Hiroshige, I told her that it is impossible for Detective did not contact Judge Hiroshige at all, If I told Judge Hiroshige that Allan Isaac rape me that night when I had an argument with him. She listen and knock her head and agreed with me. After we finish the tape recording, she said it is take a year for her to finish the investigation. After one year, I heard nothing from Beverly Lewis. On August 25, 2009 and I called one of the LA SHRIFF internal investigation dept, Sergeants Grote answered the phone, and I believe the conversation has been recorded. She put me on hold and called Beverly Lewis regards the investigation status, I believe Beverly Lewis told her that the investigation has not finished yet And Beverly Lewis did not know that I was on the phone and heard the conversation. But on another hand when I called Beverly Lewis few minutes and she said the investigation has been finished long time ago and she claim that she has sent me a letter regards the investigation. I told her that I never received any letter from her. She said that she will sent me a copy of the letter. PLEASE SEE EXHIBT FIVE ) I called the inspector General Office, to ask them to formally investigate the Detective Ramirez and because my phone was at-taped, Judge Hiroshige probably influence the person who answer the phone and give me another letter date on October 28, 2009. Influence DCFS Put False Documentation to the court and put my son into the foster home Case # CK71139

After May 2007, I was wrongfully put in the jail for two weeks, my son end to the dept of children and family services. After I bail out. And DCFS had release my son back to me. I had report to DCFS that I was rape and caused me pregnant. And Judge Hiroshige and I was thinking the child was ours and keep the baby. But DCFS fail to further investigate on my family problem and fail to help.
Under the prosecution, I had to work make money to support me and the child and fight with the prosecution, and I was reach exhausted edge both physically and mentally. I call DCFS MANY TIMES for help, and nobody ever helped me.
On Dec 20, 2007, my son’s Psychologist Dr. Chia – Wen (AKA Winnie ) Hsieh license # 21314, her contact address should be P.O. BOX 368, Chino Hills 91709, had to call the child abuse hotline due to she was worried about me did not answer the telephone call from her. She called the child abuse hotline for inspection.
Prior to that, I had share with Dr. Hsieh many times, that I could not bear the work load and stress Judge Hiroshige's malice prosecution, and I had asked many times that I would like to arrange Joshua Tin to temporally live with either Judge Hiroshige the presumed father or the biological father side. And DCFS did not response. On 12-20-2007, Dr. Hsieh visit my house, and brought Joshua some Christmas gift, after she left around 5:30 pm, Joshua got home around 6:30 pm. I try to get up to make dinner for him. But my body was in pain and I could not even move. I felt frustrated and cried in the kitchen. I called Dr. Hsieh and asked her how soon Joshua can be arrange to live with his biological father and presume father so I can get some rest. And I was upset and hand up on her. She was worried and called West Covina Police for inspection. When the West Covina Police officer arrival, I told them that Joshua is well and asleep already. The police officer asked me what is going on. I told them the situation that I was raped by Alan Isaac and abandon by Judge Hiroshige while I was 8 month pregnant. And Judge Hiroshige did not want take his responsibility and file a malice prosecution put me in the Jail for over two weeks, and I was under a lot of stress. I had work to make a living and also had fight for the criminal charges. I barely can alive. I called DCFS many times and request they give me assistance but months pass by, nobody ever help me with any thing. The police ask me why do not I sent my son back to China again to have my parents help me. I told them that in the past two years, I miss my son so much, I called to China every day and talk to my son and after I talk to my son, I WOULD cry. I do not want to sent him back to China. If he stay over here, I still can see him once or twice a week.
The police listen to me and talk to my roommate regards my situation if I have ever abuse Joshua, Gloria said no. She had help me if she can. The police officer listen to my situation. I told the police that I have no intention to harm Joshua, but I can not take care of Joshua because the work load and the stress. I told them that I have talk to the social worker HuiChi Hsieh many times that I need some help, but she never response to me beside threaten me to put Joshua to adoption. The police officer told me that they felt I need talk to a Judge to getting on the baby sitting, clothing, food stamps, etc. And the second day, social worker Robert Rodriguez talk to me on the phone and asked me to made a need list when I go to the court and give the need list to the judge, so they can release Joshua back to me. I talk to one of the social worker Robert, he said go to the court on the 26th, and make a list of things you need, and Joshua should be able to come back with you and do not worry about, that is just. When I arrival to the court on Dec 26 2008. Ryan Martienzo shows up, I never ask for lawyer. He said he was arrange by the court, and he had me fill out bounch paper. He actually was arranged by Judge Hiroshige. However he did not go over any paper work from DCFS, he told me that there is no way the court will release Joshua from me at this time, he walked me TO the court room, The presiding Judge on the bench was reading the report from DCFS AND believe I had visual hallucination and audio hallucination and made ruling put Joshua into the foster home. After the hearing, Ryan Martinzo gave me all of the paper work. I went home read it, and I called Dr. Winnie Hsie and share with her and shock with the result. I realized that the social worker lied to the court, they make a false report and claim that I had mental problem with visual hallucination and audio hallucination, that is why the court detain Joshua. That was totally different from what the emergence unit told me to made a need list and Joshua will be release back to me the 2nd day. I realized that Judge Hiroshige did asked my court appointed lawyer Ryan Matianzo collaborate with DCFS together and put Joshua into detention. Because Ryan Matianzo covers up the report, the court thought I really had auditory and visual hallucinations, so the court had put my son into the foster family in order to protected him. (please see attached DCFS report on Dec. 26 (EXHIBIT Eight) I questioned Robert the social worker supervisor why they write the false report on me. He said that the DATA they were took from the computer system From Asian Pacific Unit.

Yoko Parsons, Dr. Loc Nguyen, and the social worker continuously file a false report to the court on the following date: 2/11/08, 2/13/08, 3/27/08, 4/28/08, 4/30/08, 6/19/08. They never intend to have Joshua return back home with me. Please see the mediation report from DCFS on June 19, 2008. Which I refuse to any mediation, and I want to have a court hearing. They keep writing I had the auditory and visual hallucinations. They cover up the whole story on how I was raped, how Judge Hiroshige abandon me while I was 8 month pregnant, and only put the biological father’s name on the paper work. On March 27, 2008, I was threatened by the mediator if I did not take any mediation that they will put my son into adoption.

Finally, I write a report on my own and submitted to the presiding Judge Margret Downing. On Apr 28, the court order Judge Hiroshige appear to the court for the paternity finding conference, but the DCFS find an excuse to postpone the paternity finding meeting, which was postpone on June 19, 2008, the court and the dept council order Judge Hiroshige to appear in the court for the parenting finding conference. The court order him comes in at 11:00, but Judge Hiroshige influence DCFS gave me another mediation report and have my lawyer threaten me that I either took the mediation or they will put Joshua into adoption. I told my lawyer I don’t want to have any mediation. I want to have the court hearing. I deny all of the offers from DCFS and insist on the parenting finding conference to be heard in the court, my lawyer told me that the paternity finding conference will be held at 2:00pm and Judge Hiroshige is ordered to come in to testify for the paternity. However, half hour later, Ryan come back and told me that Judge Hiroshige was busy and he will not able to appear in the court, and the meeting was cancelled. I told Ryan: no, I am here already, and every body else is also ready for the paternity finding meeting, and if Judge Hiroshige did not show up, he contempt court and that is up to him. I said that I am going to talk to the Presiding Judge and the court hearing is going to continued. Ryan heard what I said and he talk to the bailiff Many Lozano lock the door so that I won’t be able to walk in and talk to the presiding judge Milton Simon. The same date, I met my son’s lawyer Raumak Eshraghi in the hallway, I said Judge Hiroshige contempt the court. She said yes. He contempt the court.

On Sep 23, 2008, there is the court hearing date. I appear in the court and insist to go though the court hearing. Ryan and the presiding Judge Marguerite Downing star to play game. Ryan said he would like to have Judge Hiroshige to appear in the court to be the witness of if I could be a fit mom. I was thinking why the paternity finding conference become that if he is the witness. As in the past I have writing a whole thing to the court that how Joshua Tin was came into this world due to the result of Judge Hiroshige promised marriage and family, and we were planning to get marry and have a family. And now him did not want to be responsible at all. And the court and his colleague Judges will help him not do the right thing. I also had disclose the court hat how I was raped by the biological father. But Judge Marguerite Downing and the dept council start playing game that there is no need to call Judge Hiroshige appear in the court. And the dept council said there is a DNA test had been down by Judge Hiroshige and shows that he is not the biological father. I question the county council that the first date I had testify Alan Isaac is the biological father, Judge Hiroshige was the presume father, why him make Judge Hiroshige to do the DNA test again? What is his purpose? In addition, I have never mention to any body that he is the biological father both in writing or wordboully. Judge Hiroshige is the presumed father and he is on called to come in to testify if Joshua Tin was born because he and I was planning to get marry and have a family, and did he left me while I was eight month pregnant. And the purpose have him to appear in the court, which is hoping that he will step forward and take his responsibility.

However I believe Judge Marguerite Downing for some reason had give favor to her colleague. She insist to have Alan Isaac to remind to be the father. May I ask if the court should give a favor to some one because he is a friend? A colleague, The Governor? Should the law apply to every body equally including Judges, Lawyer, Governor and the President of the Unit State? NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. Or those people would be above the law? I had asked my Lawyer Ryan Matienzo to get the court transcript on Sep 23, 2008, Judge Margret Downing SIGN DENY to release any those information to me. That is illegal. There is no law prevent me to get the court transcript. Please see attached my request for the transcript with Judge Downing’s signature to deny FOR COURT TRANSCRIP. EXHIBT NINE. She knew that she had done some thing wrong, so she did not want to release those transcript.

Now that the Department of Children and Family Services is trying to use every single incidence and made it is look like I was the problem, to cancel all of my visitation and try to put Joshua Tin into ADOPTION so that Judge Hiroshige will never have any financial responsibility. DCFS keep lie to the court that my son won’t be able to make a statement if he want to return home. Actually, in the past each phone call I had with my son was taped recorded since the date one my son was put into the foster family, he carried that he want to be with his mother, he want to go home. But Social worker lied to the court and said my son was not able to make any statement on what he wants. In the beginning when my son was just detent, I was able to call him on daily basis. And keep emotional connected with him. However, after Amy Watanabe took over the social worker, she change my son from one foster family to another foster family with out discuss with me at all. She just made a decision and trade my son like a dog from one pound to another pound, and take him out from the faster family and put him to another family, without considerate if my son would be able to adapt the changing environment and how is that going to affect on his psychologically and emotionally. Please see the foster father’s report that my son carried out at least three to four times a night from the sudden foster family change. She also put Joshua into Confidential placement and cutting me off and have any connection I had with my son, if I am under the family reunification services. Why I should stop calling my son? In which I had taken this issue up to the executive director Rick Brian, when Rick Brian asked Why Amy Watanabe stop me by calling my son, she said that because the foster father asked her not to release the phone # to me, HOWEVER, I HAVE THE FOSTER FATHER’S HAND WRITTEN DECALRATION THAT HE NEVER REQUEST DO NOT RELEASE HIS HOME PHONE TO ME. What is the intention from Yumi Lin, Amy Watanabe? Also during the time deal with the social worker, Yumi, Huichi, and Angle Chou getting involved with Judge Hiroshige’s financial settlement between me and him. They had telling me that Judge Hiroshige was not responsible for Joshua. He was not the biological father, why do you want $3,000 a month. I said told her that is what he offer to me. In addition that is between me and him. He agrees to support me and the child, if he did not want to, he will talk to my lawyer? Why are you getting involved with a financial settlement? Or I asked to much or he offer too little. One time I had told Huichi that I have a lawyer and he has a lawyer, why are you getting involved? But that only make DCFS social worker more angry at me. They said why don’t you want the biological father to raise the child? Why you want Judge Hiroshige raise the child by him self?

I had told Dr. Loc Ngyuen and Mr. Rick Brian that there is no trust between me and Asian Pacific Unit, how can I expect them to help me? I would like my case to transfer out to other unit, but they refused. For one year my son in the foster family, there is no social worker ever talk to me more than 10 time on how to help me beside tell me that Judge Hiroshige is not responsible for me and my son. We don’t know where is the biological father, he is criminal by raping me. In addition, he has no job, he does drugs. He is not in good character. But they want him to be remain as the father. And now they want to put my son into Adoption. In addition, they called police on me with no reason and try to make me look I am person violent and crazy. The police officer Lutenant John Curley had to advise DCFS do not call if there is no crime.

Judge Hiroshige uses one of GOVERMENT AGENCY at-taped all of my phone, Including my cell phone, my work phone, and my home phone. He knew who I talked to. From that he knew that I went to see a counselor Nichole Ho, in Foot Hill Family Services, Sam In, Dr. Diane Puchbauer, Azusa University, Judge Hiroshige influence most of the counselor to find out what is my intention, what I am going to do with him, and so that my son will not be able return back to me.

By at-taping my phone, he knew who is my friend, my business associate, my conversation with my family, He contact who ever I have business with, who ever is my friend, and the sad thing is that those my friend will become his friend as where the power is. I have no friend left, who one I can share with. He had my employee Frank Perini threaten me, if I report him to the judicial performance committee, he will use his connection to have my business closed. He also contact my business associate Nick Chacon, a Realtor Coldwell Banker George, he was originally try to help me to put up a report to Judicial Performance Committee. The second date he come back and tell me that Winnie, if you write a complaint to the Judicial performance committee, Judge Hiroshige will sue you for perjury. I said Nick, # 1, Perjury is only if I lied, #2, how much he want sue me for: $1, to $10 Million?
Judge Hiroshige contact my customer go to the DRE complaint about me. And have DRE harassed, had Police officer harassed me

Influence my employment lawyer to drop off my employment case AND give the misrepresentation in the court, Perverting and obstruction the court of Justice.
Judge Hiroshige also contact my defense lawyer Bob Hartmann, had conspiracy with my criminal lawyer Bob Hartmann to help him to cover up an alter tape for not to examined he used to put me in the Jail. The tape should be exanimate for the alteration, but Bob Hartmann covers it up. Never sent to any lab for the examination.
Had Bob misrepresenting me in the court and get me convicted with a crime and also influence not presenting the evidence to Jury about him perjured me to put me in the jail.
He also influence Bob Hartmann to cover up for him on influence Detective to cover up my rape case, influence the social worker to fail false documentation to the court.

Please see the letter from Bob Hartmann to the prosecutor request to pick up the original tape and sent to the lab for the examination in Sep 24 2008, and in the letter Bob had very clearly point out that the technician told him that they can only use the original tape for the examination. Please see the letter from Bob as (EXHIBIT TEN) But after one year with over 30 emails to Bob to request him to examined the tape, but Bob never exanimate the tape instead he told the court the false information that the tape can be exanimate do so. And the LAB cannot move the equipment to city attorney's office to examined the tape. And Bob Hartmann knew that when he write the letter to the Prosecutor, without the equipment, the tech cannot exanimate the tape at all. However, everybody knew that they should get the original tape pick up and exanimate it, but nobody to do so. By the standard, Sandra Streeter is a lawyer and should prosecuting crime, She and Bob both know the tape has been altered it. But they will not do anything. In the opposed way, they help Judge Hiroshige cover up the altered tape. From Sept 24, 2008, Bob request the original tape to be exanimate, and the City attorney refuse to give to him, Until Sep 04, 2009, I request Bob talk to the court for tape examination, I said if he is not going to do so, I will talk to the Judge to get the tape exanimate. Finally Bob made the motion to have the tape examined. But the City Attorney refuse to release the tape and request the technician to go her office to examined the tape. By her knowledge, she ALREADY knew nobody can USEING COPY TO get the tape examined.

And now they are using the psychiatrist to write a letter to the court, and to tell the court that I should be dangerous to Judge Hiroshige. I cannot change my felling that I did not like this man. I loved a man with low quality under later. But I never want to kill him. I do not know where this Psychiatrist found those information. I had never tell anybody I want to kill him or plan to kill him. I think this psychiatrist has sold me.

Judge Hiroshige is not like apparently a nice man and talk about the race discrimination in the public on the news, TV, for contribution to the society. That is the package he plays on the stage. In the real life, he is abusive, selfish, no family value, sleep around. He is very evil. He fight five years for financial settlement with his ex-wife for the divorce, cause a huge emotional distress to his first wife and his own son. And also caused his son has chronology depression. His son never stat and capable to any college, but he blame every thing to his ex-wife. And in the public he is play a role as the perfect Judge. In the bible said the husband is the head for the family. He should be the leader, he should be the brain. With his low moral, ethical standard, I don’t know how he can be the leader. If he has no moral to be the leader in the family, I don’t know what is his moral to be the leader in the public.
After I had all of the problems, I heard that he had a reputation that he like to date young woman. I was talking to one of the deputy DA, Chris Leong, and he told me that Judge Hiroshige like to date young, beautiful woman, I asked him to gave me some the name of the young woman, he refuse to. I guess he date me only because I was young and beautiful, He said he is going to marry to me only want to use this to get sex. Now I realized how many YOUNG woman he had dated? He also had cheat on his first wife. Abandon me while I was eight month pregnant even though we did not know for sure that he is not the biological father for my son, and cause a huge emotional damage on me. I was a student when I initially came into this country, I was beautiful, young, energetic, ambitious. But after what he did to me, and abandon me, I did not know how to survive. I had tried to committed four times suicidal after he left me with a baby. I am in this country by myself, I have no help. In stead of help me, Judge Hiroshige not only cover up the rape case, but also start to make a false police report to prosecuting me. He talked to me though friend that he is willing to pay $3,000 a month to support me and the child. Then He turn around said I black mail him for money. My existence is a problem on his career and his reputation. He altered an tape and used it put me into Jail for two weeks. No lawyer help me on my criminal case. Every lawyer I hire would give me false information. He will use his connection to threaten them. I have no one on my side to help.

He blame every thing on me. I went to Alan Isaac’s house on my own. If I did not put my situation that I would not be get rape, so that I will pay the price for that.

I date him due to I though that Judge should be the most honorable people on the earth. I want to give him my whole life. However, He made me wonder if United State really is really a Democratic country with the holy Bible and holy spirit for the foundation.

He is not only influence the PUBLICE OFFECER not improperly handle my case. But he had try to hire a professional killer to kill me, I had report this to Judge John Conley’s court room. My existence is dangerous to him. I learned that he want to become a Federal Court Judge? With his quality, I don’t know how he is going to be the federal court Judge?

For all of the above reason, after he find me file a lawsuit with Bank of America, he influence every lawyer I had either withdraw from my case or settle my lawsuit with out my permission. Lawyer Markus Mancini withdraw from my employment case with out any reason, Debra Opri settle my case with out my permit. Finally, he influence Susan Hartley had put me in the dark, she never finish the deposition and discovery on my case, and she did misrepresentation in the summary judgment with out my presence. She never either finish the deposition, never even submit the evidence to the court. After the judge made the decision on ruling favor to defendant, I request Susan Hartley to file a motion for the Judge to re-considerate on my employment case. But she ignore my request on my daily email, I was forced to write a motion on my own. My employment case has nothing to do with him, who gave him the right to influence every lawyer I had? Now I have no support, I am in this country by myself. I need work to make money to raise my son. Without any financial earning, how may I going to survive, how may I going to raise a beautiful little boy by myself? Judge Hiroshige did not support t at me at all, but he wants to destroy me. I came into this country as a student. I thought this is a wonderful county, but now I see the dark side of America. Do I live in America or I live in China?

Now that, the Nicholas Cain, the Sr. deputy commissioner in DRE called me on Nov 25, 2008. The first thing he asked me is that He heard that I have received the letter from him why I did not response? I said that his letter was not address to me why should I response to him. No. 2, how he knew that I got his letter? He could not answer it. Now Judge Hiroshige is trying to take my license away. Not only that. After I report this problem to a Federal court judge for help, she had Pasadena court give me more time and looking for a lawyer, LA county bar association give a referral for the lawyer Thomas Bradford. I went to for interview. In the end, Mr. Thomas Bradford said that it is not Judge Hiroshige’s responsibility to report some one rape me. I answer him that may be Judge Hiroshige did not have to help me to report a rape case, but he did not have to influence the police not to prosecute. And later, he called me back that he is not going to take my case. May I asked how him knew about my rape case? Who told him that?

I would like to Judicial Performance committee to formal investigate on Judge Hiroshige, who give him the right at-taped my phone? That is federal crime. When I try to make a police report, they said that they are not going to make a police report, and they are not going to make any investigation on a Judge??????? I would like to seek the protection from the Judicial Performance Committee, if every thing what I told you is true and corrected, I would like to see the discipline action be taken.

I felt very scared about my life and work situation. I hope I can get some help.

I, Wan Tin, under penalty of perjury to write the crime committed by Judge Ernest Hiroshige on cover up my rape case, put my son into the foster family for the best of my knowledge, in order for the Government official to help me.

1. He abandon me while I was 8 month pregnant and file a false police report to get the restraining order case # SS011963 which was immoral and I went to the hospital by myself and almost die in the hospital.
2. Judge Hiroshige influence the Hollywood detective Ramirez badge #25992 on Dec 2005, wrote a false rape report on my rape case I filed, and I believe that the rape case was never sent to the D.A.’s office until May 2007, When I went to DA’s office and found out there was no record of the rape case has been ever filed. And I called Detective Ramirez to confront of him which DA office he had sent my rape case, why there is no record of it. Since my phone has been at-taped for many years, and Judge Hiroshige found out about the I knew that he had cover up my rape case, That is one of the reason Judge Hiroshige altered a tape and use it as evidence and had his colleague sent me to Jail.
3. After Judge Hiroshige abundant me 3 years later, instead of help me and he start malice prosecution Case #6CA25854 and altered a tape and sent me to the Jail. He also influence my current lawyer Bob Hartmann to cover up my Rape Case when Sr. Federal Judge Nelson start to investigate on this case. Bob was suppose to investigate on the my rape case, employment case, altered tape, AND DCFS instead off investigation, he cover it up for Judge Hiroshige.
4. He influence my Bank of America lawyer to drop off my Bank of America employment case due to I had been committed 4 times suicidal after he left me while I was 8 month pregnant. I had been in the mental hospital for five times and diagnosis with major depression.

5. I can not have a normal life because Judge Hiroshige has been at-taped my phone in the past 7 years. He contacts my pastor whatever church I go, my friends, my roommate, my co-workers, my customer, my landlord, my business associate. I could not have a normal life. And I felt very scared. And HE USE DRE, POLICE OFFICER TO HARRSE ME and threaten me. And he had my psychologist to write a false report on me. And he hacks into my email. I felt scar for my life.

6. He influenced the Arcadia Police officer did not take the police report and to do the investigation on him. And he turn people to the Arcadia police dept to file a false accusation fraud against me.

7. Judge Hiroshige influenced the social worker file a false report to the court and took my son out of my house and put him into the foster family. He had influence the social worker and foster agency continue to write the false report against me and request to put me son into the adoption. Case # 71139

BACKGROUND

In around August 2002, I met Judge Hiroshige in one of the Southern California Chinese Lawyer Association function, and he got my business card and he called me on the second date and invited me for dinner. I was little surprise, could not believe that he is double age of me but he want to date me. During the dinner he said he is looking for a serious dating and romantic relationship which can be lead to marriage and family because he wanted to settle down and get marry again, when he first saw me that was love in the first site. I believed in him. The relationship goes very well. On Christmas, he introduces me to his family and his friend. On December 24, 2002, He took me to Judge Jon Mayda house for Charismas dinner and took me to his sister Amy’s house for Charismas family tradition dinner.

In January 2003, He started to propose to me to get marry and have a family.

We talked about how many kids that we are going to have, and where we are going to live. Right before we are going to make that decision. I found out he cheated on me with a woman named Linda, someone who he know in the past. Later on he told me that he was not serious with her and he did not have real feeling with her, and I was too busy for work and he did not want stay by himself, I was very upset by his action. I was hurt, I had cried over and over. He knew I was hurt, to apologize he bought play ticket and took me to see a play with his lawyer friend David Kim and his wife Grace Kim. And later next week, he called me at my work place in Glendale and said he is down stair and asked if I can come down talk and go dinner with him. After dinner, I questioning him why he is doing this? How come he wanted marry to me, but he go sleep with another woman, where is the trust between us? He is embraced and gave me an answer THAT THIS IS MAN’S WORLD, IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL FOR HIM TO SLEEP WITH MORE THAN ONE WOMAN. I was already hurt, but with his answer, it is like he put a salt on my wound. I just felt devastating. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THOSE WORDS ARE FROM A JUDGE’S MOUTH. I start cried and cried and start arguing with him. He did not want to stay late, and he get up and left even I was very sad.

I jumped into my car, and called my friend Alan Isaac to talk. I drove to Alan’s house, and cried and told him what happened. He listened to me and tell me forget about him. I sit there and used Alan’s home phone called Judge Hiroshige and continue cried and argue with him on the phone. Alan walked in and saw I was on the phone with Judge Hiroshige, he started talked sounds like I was going back to the relationship with him. Hiroshige heard what he said and get very upset and he hung up on me. I called back couple more times, he never pick it up. I was crying, and Alan give me a drink, later on he started to took off my cloth and he took advantage off me, I asked him to stop and I try to fight and I felt so weak. He forced me to have sex the night. I told him no Alan, I don’t want to have sex. Please, STOP. Alan. NO, Please don’t ………… He ignored me and started penetrated in me with his panes. I was crying and told him to stop. Finally, Alan stopped the penetration. I did notice that he did not eject in me. I felling in a sleep and I left on the second date. My lawyer Bob asked me that when I left if I remember Alan is in the house, I told him no. I don’t remember.

The day when I left Alan’s house, I called Judge Hiroshige on the phone. Judge Hiroshige asked me if Alan took advantage off me, I felt embraced to tell him. After few days, we went back to the relationship again. One month later I found out that I got pregnant, I told Hiroshige about the pregnancy. He asked me to go double check with the doctor. When I told him that the doctor said I did get pregnant. I was so happy that we are having a baby. But Judge Hiroshige did not want to have a baby and he said we are not ready for a baby, The first thing he asked me to do it is go to get an abortion, and now it is not a time to have a baby because we just had a big argument. I was surprised with his action and was hurt because he did not even care my feeling. I asked him that why you want to have a family with me and at least one child with me, and now I got pregnant but you want me to get an abortion. By getting an abortion is hurt me mentally and physically, and killed a baby. He started play game. He said he want to break up with me. He said he is not going to change his life style. He said after have the baby I will be fat and ugly, nobody want to be with me any more. I told him that I am not going to have the abortion, because I was already 35, I want to star to have the family as HE PROMISED a marriage and family.

Finally, He took me to see his pastor Gary Galton in San Gabriel Mission Valley Methodist church for marriage counseling. The whole meeting went into a disaster.

During my pregnancy, some times, he was very nice to me, bought me the medical book, took me to see a doctor, took me to dinner, he buy me the nice things. Some time he become very mean. One night, he stop by in my apartment while I was about five month pregnant, he wants to have sex, He lied on my body, I felt pain and told him stop. He told me that you can not have sex any way, what is the difference if he have sex with some one else. I was shuck and swallow it. And some times, he would say you would do all of the work since you want to have a child. He continuously slept with who ever he wants to, and wordboully abuse me. I was crying and asking him to stay with me, because I felt scared. He did not care. I told him that I could not take care myself, he said he is busy. Finally, one day I called him again and I drove to his house and found out Linda was in his house again. I knocked on the door, he opened the door, I walked in and want talk to Linda. Linda run upstairs and locked herself in the room. I told him that get Linda come down, I want ask her why she knew that we are going to getting marry and have a family, and she is doing this to me. But Linda locked herself in the bed room, after half hour. Linda won’t came out, and I did not want to cause a big problem. I told him I am going home now and we can talk about that problem later. That night I could not sleep at all. I told him that if he continued abuse me and sleep around I would talked to his supervisor. He said go ahead. In the morning, I walked into the LA superior court, I first walked into Judge Hiroshige court house, I still wanted to talk to him to see if we can resolve the problem. I told the sheriff I was six month pregnant with his baby. I need to talk to Judge Hiroshige, but the sheriff said, you can talked to him after work. ( I did not understand the culture). I try to talked to the presiding Judge Duke, I was told that Judge Duke was not in and I need to make an appointment, also if I have a problem with a Judge, I need to write a letter to Judicial performance committee.

FALSE POLICE REPORT AND ABUSE HIS POWER GET THE RETRAINING ORDER AND ABANDONT ME WHILE I WAS EIGHT MONTH PREGNANT

Judge Hiroshige was worried that I walked into the court house again and seeking for help. He lied to the police and file a restraining order against me. Judge Hiroshige called the sheriff, filed a false police report. He said that he break up with me back in Feb 2003, and ever since than I star harassing him. (please see attached initial filling by Judge Hiroshige and my response, EXHIBIT ONE) and also his testimony in a different occasion he testify that he break up with me in Feb 2010, because he is afraid off me by going to the court talk to the presiding Judge Duke and that will cause him a big problem in his career. And he is afraid other people knew what about his character as a Judge WITH A HIGHER MORAL STANDARD BUT IN HIS REAL LIFE HE CHEAT, LIED AND ABUSIVE. During the process of the hearing on the restraining order, I bagged him don’t leave, I can not care for my self, and I need him. He said he did not care, he doesn’t care if I die in the hospital. I hired a lawyer who’s name Kevin Key to fight for the restraining order. Even though, I have a lawyer, he had the LA SUPERIOR COURT council Brett Bianco contact me directly, and threatened me on my life safety and forced me to sign up the mutual agreement. The restraining application case number Is SS 011963. Please see attached copy from Kevin Key and the letter from court council Brat Bianco shows he contact me prior to Kevin Key's leaving. as EXHIBIT two.)

By talking to Brett Bianco I understood that even though Brett Bianco asked Judge Hiroshige may not a good idea to go ahead with the restraining order, and leave me, but Judge Hiroshige insisted. He had Brett Bianco contact me directly and force me to sign the mutual agreement. (please see attached Mutual Agreement, EXHIBIT Three). He abundant me while I was 8 month pregnant. I went to the hospital by myself to give the birth for my son. I was in the hospital all by myself, at 9:30 pm, the doctor had the c-section, the nurse took me to my room, after one hour. My body started react to the medication, I start bleeding, I ring the nurse, But she was her first day go to work to be Nurse. She did not know I was in the serious condition and need to call the doctor. I was bleeding all night. Until the doctor inspect me at 5:00 am and found out I was already pass out. They rush me into the ICU to give me the blood transfusion. I was in the ICU for seven days. Please see attached picture for while I was in the ICU. (EXHIBIT FOUR). I was told by my doctor, if she was late for one hour I would be died already.
After I give the birth to my son, Judge Hiroshige called me on my birth day on January 30, 2004. He bought me a birth day gift. And he ask me when do I give birth to my son. He took me to launch, he step by my apartment again to see me and my son, and after he saw the baby, He was so hurt because the baby was half white. I felt very sorry. I called him and apologized to him. I bagged him. I told him that because we made a mistake to brought the baby into this world, I hope he can come back and raise the child together. It is not the baby’s fault.

We had did DNA test while I was pregnant around at 5 month, when the DNA result came out, shows that he was not the biological father, I could not believe that the result was true. I told him that either the DNA test result was not accurate, or Alan Isaac should be the biological father. I told him that the night when I went to Alan’s house, Alan force me to have sex. I told Alan to stop, him did not stop the penetration until 4 or 5 minute later. But I have not give birth to the child and nothing for sure that Alan is the biological father.

Perverting and obstruction the court of Justice and Improperly Influence the police and lawn Enforcement on handle my rape case.

After I have the child, Judge Hiroshige left me. I was devastating, I do not know how to survive by myself. I was talking to friends about my situation, I understand that even though in the marriage there should not anybody FORCE ME TO have sex or against my will to have sex with me, force me to have sex that is rape. In year 2005, I called the West Hollywood police made a rape report against Alan Isaac, my baby’s biological father and started the prosecution on Alan Isaac rape case and caused me got pregnant. I shared those information with Vincent Cheung, A Chinese lawyer. I believe Vincent Cheng passed on the information with Judge Hiroshige. Judge Hiroshige used his connection, interfered with the West Hollywood police department. The police officer put a wrong police report together purposely and did not to DA office. I called the detective Ramariz, numerical times and his phone # is at 213-972-2922, and fellow up with the rape case. but the detective Ramirez refuse to give me any details on my rape case, he refuse to give me what is my case # , who is the D.A. and or which D.A. office he filed the case and SO THAT I can fellow up with him. After my numerical calling, one day I got him on the phone. I asked him that which DA office, he file my case. He said the DA office in Downtown LA. In about April 2007, I personally went to the DA office to check on my case. However the receptionist check under both my name and Alan Isaac’s name there is nothing has been reported. And the supervisor checked again, there is no rape case had ever filed. After I left the DA office, I called the detective and let him knew that the D.A. office did not have my rape case record. BUT I DONOT REMEMBER THAT MY PHONE WAS AT-TAPED SINCE 2004, JUDGE HIROSHIGE LEARNED I FOUND OUT MY RAPE CASE WAS NEVER FILE IT, HE altered a tape and use the tape as evidence and had one of his colleague A LA JUDGE put me into THE JAIL in May 2007 FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. In about August 30, 2007, I had visit one of the witness Lee, by talking to her, I ask her to spoke the truth that she know Judge Hiroshige knew Vivian Liang and arrange her to be closed friend on mine to get my information and action to help him. During the conversation, May said that why do you call the police officer for the rape case?? What do you say? She realized that she misspoke and she said that can not help me. I realized Judge Hiroshige had influence the West Hollywood Police and cover up the police report.
During the interview with the Detective Ramirez, he ask me after the rape who I told about the incidence, I told him that I told Judge Hiroshige after we did the DNA test. He ask me that if he calls Judge Hiroshige and he will tell the truth? I said that I do believe there is any reason he should lie about I told him the fact Alan Isaac rape me that night. I wish to proceed with the rape case. I asked him to get the rape case started and he told me that once the rape case started the prosecution, and he will call Judge Hiroshige for investigation. And later judge Hiroshige will be called to be the witness and will be testify in the trail that If I had told him that night Alan Isaac raped me and cause me got pregnant. I told the detective Ramirez that I want him proceed with the rape case. After the rape report in Dec 2005, I called Detective Ramirez numerical times to fellow up with the rape case and DA office. Detective Ramirez never return my phone. He said that is confidential. In around Feb 2006, I pick up the rape report and after review the rape report, I called him to point out some error on the record he had made. And ask him to make the correction, he said that he will make a note next to the report but he is not going to write a new report. I called him every month to fellow up the rape case, and also I had reveal to Vincent Cheng ( the lawyer ) that I start to prosecute the rape case. I believe Vincent Cheng had certain connection with Judge Hiroshige. I believe he release the information to him.
My rape case was never go anywhere, after May 2007, He refuse to see me and or talk to me. In August, 2008, I called his supervisor Lieutenant Beverly A. Lewis and arrange the meeting on for a formal complaint and restart my rape case. The whole meeting was tape recorded, and it is on file. I asked her to formal investigate detective Ramirez and Judge Ernest Hiroshige. And restart my rape case. During the meeting, she asked my why do I believe that Detective covered up my rape case with Judge Hiroshige, I told her that it is impossible for Detective did not contact Judge Hiroshige at all, If I told Judge Hiroshige that Allan Isaac rape me that night when I had an argument with him. She listen and knock her head and agreed with me. After we finish the tape recording, she said it is take a year for her to finish the investigation. After one year, I heard nothing from Beverly Lewis. On August 25, 2009 and I called one of the LA SHRIFF internal investigation dept, Sergeants Grote answered the phone, and I believe the conversation has been recorded. She put me on hold and called Beverly Lewis regards the investigation status, I believe Beverly Lewis told her that the investigation has not finished yet And Beverly Lewis did not know that I was on the phone and heard the conversation. But on another hand when I called Beverly Lewis few minutes and she said the investigation has been finished long time ago and she claim that she has sent me a letter regards the investigation. I told her that I never received any letter from her. She said that she will sent me a copy of the letter. PLEASE SEE EXHIBT FIVE ) I called the inspector General Office, to ask them to formally investigate the Detective Ramirez and because my phone was at-taped, Judge Hiroshige probably influence the person who answer the phone and give me another letter date on October 28, 2009. Influence DCFS Put False Documentation to the court and put my son into the foster home Case # CK71139

After May 2007, I was wrongfully put in the jail for two weeks, my son end to the dept of children and family services. After I bail out. And DCFS had release my son back to me. I had report to DCFS that I was rape and caused me pregnant. And Judge Hiroshige and I was thinking the child was ours and keep the baby. But DCFS fail to further investigate on my family problem and fail to help.
Under the prosecution, I had to work make money to support me and the child and fight with the prosecution, and I was reach exhausted edge both physically and mentally. I call DCFS MANY TIMES for help, and nobody ever helped me.
On Dec 20, 2007, my son’s Psychologist Dr. Chia – Wen (AKA Winnie ) Hsieh license # 21314, her contact address should be P.O. BOX 368, Chino Hills 91709, had to call the child abuse hotline due to she was worried about me did not answer the telephone call from her. She called the child abuse hotline for inspection.
Prior to that, I had share with Dr. Hsieh many times, that I could not bear the work load and stress Judge Hiroshige's malice prosecution, and I had asked many times that I would like to arrange Joshua Tin to temporally live with either Judge Hiroshige the presumed father or the biological father side. And DCFS did not response. On 12-20-2007, Dr. Hsieh visit my house, and brought Joshua some Christmas gift, after she left around 5:30 pm, Joshua got home around 6:30 pm. I try to get up to make dinner for him. But my body was in pain and I could not even move. I felt frustrated and cried in the kitchen. I called Dr. Hsieh and asked her how soon Joshua can be arrange to live with his biological father and presume father so I can get some rest. And I was upset and hand up on her. She was worried and called West Covina Police for inspection. When the West Covina Police officer arrival, I told them that Joshua is well and asleep already. The police officer asked me what is going on. I told them the situation that I was raped by Alan Isaac and abandon by Judge Hiroshige while I was 8 month pregnant. And Judge Hiroshige did not want take his responsibility and file a malice prosecution put me in the Jail for over two weeks, and I was under a lot of stress. I had work to make a living and also had fight for the criminal charges. I barely can alive. I called DCFS many times and request they give me assistance but months pass by, nobody ever help me with any thing. The police ask me why do not I sent my son back to China again to have my parents help me. I told them that in the past two years, I miss my son so much, I called to China every day and talk to my son and after I talk to my son, I WOULD cry. I do not want to sent him back to China. If he stay over here, I still can see him once or twice a week.
The police listen to me and talk to my roommate regards my situation if I have ever abuse Joshua, Gloria said no. She had help me if she can. The police officer listen to my situation. I told the police that I have no intention to harm Joshua, but I can not take care of Joshua because the work load and the stress. I told them that I have talk to the social worker HuiChi Hsieh many times that I need some help, but she never response to me beside threaten me to put Joshua to adoption. The police officer told me that they felt I need talk to a Judge to getting on the baby sitting, clothing, food stamps, etc. And the second day, social worker Robert Rodriguez talk to me on the phone and asked me to made a need list when I go to the court and give the need list to the judge, so they can release Joshua back to me. Please see attached police report for detention (exhibit Seven)
I talk to one of the social worker Robert, he said go to the court on the 26th, and make a list of things you need, and Joshua should be able to come back with you and do not worry about, that is just. When I arrival to the court on Dec 26 2008. Ryan Martienzo shows up, I never ask for lawyer. He said he was arrange by the court, and he had me fill out bounch paper. He actually was arranged by Judge Hiroshige. However he did not go over any paper work from DCFS, he told me that there is no way the court will release Joshua from me at this time, he walked me TO the court room, The presiding Judge on the bench was reading the report from DCFS AND believe I had visual hallucination and audio hallucination and made ruling put Joshua into the foster home. After the hearing, Ryan Martinzo gave me all of the paper work. I went home read it, and I called Dr. Winnie Hsie and share with her and shock with the result. I realized that the social worker lied to the court, they make a false report and claim that I had mental problem with visual hallucination and audio hallucination, that is why the court detain Joshua. That was totally different from what the emergence unit told me to made a need list and Joshua will be release back to me the 2nd day. I realized that Judge Hiroshige did asked my court appointed lawyer Ryan Matianzo collaborate with DCFS together and put Joshua into detention. Because Ryan Matianzo covers up the report, the court thought I really had auditory and visual hallucinations, so the court had put my son into the foster family in order to protected him. (please see attached DCFS report on Dec. 26 (EXHIBIT Eight) I questioned Robert the social worker supervisor why they write the false report on me. He said that the DATA they were took from the computer system From Asian Pacific Unit.

Yoko Parsons, Dr. Loc Nguyen, and the social worker continuously file a false report to the court on the following date: 2/11/08, 2/13/08, 3/27/08, 4/28/08, 4/30/08, 6/19/08. They never intend to have Joshua return back home with me. Please see the mediation report from DCFS on June 19, 2008. Which I refuse to any mediation, and I want to have a court hearing. They keep writing I had the auditory and visual hallucinations. They cover up the whole story on how I was raped, how Judge Hiroshige abandon me while I was 8 month pregnant, and only put the biological father’s name on the paper work. On March 27, 2008, I was threatened by the mediator if I did not take any mediation that they will put my son into adoption.

Finally, I write a report on my own and submitted to the presiding Judge Margret Downing. On Apr 28, the court order Judge Hiroshige appear to the court for the paternity finding conference, but the DCFS find an excuse to postpone the paternity finding meeting, which was postpone on June 19, 2008, the court and the dept council order Judge Hiroshige to appear in the court for the parenting finding conference. The court order him comes in at 11:00, but Judge Hiroshige influence DCFS gave me another mediation report and have my lawyer threaten me that I either took the mediation or they will put Joshua into adoption. I told my lawyer I don’t want to have any mediation. I want to have the court hearing. I deny all of the offers from DCFS and insist on the parenting finding conference to be heard in the court, my lawyer told me that the paternity finding conference will be held at 2:00pm and Judge Hiroshige is ordered to come in to testify for the paternity. However, half hour later, Ryan come back and told me that Judge Hiroshige was busy and he will not able to appear in the court, and the meeting was cancelled. I told Ryan: no, I am here already, and every body else is also ready for the paternity finding meeting, and if Judge Hiroshige did not show up, he contempt court and that is up to him. I said that I am going to talk to the Presiding Judge and the court hearing is going to continued. Ryan heard what I said and he talk to the bailiff Many Lozano lock the door so that I won’t be able to walk in and talk to the presiding judge Milton Simon. The same date, I met my son’s lawyer Raumak Eshraghi in the hallway, I said Judge Hiroshige contempt the court. She said yes. He contempt the court.

On Sep 23, 2008, there is the court hearing date. I appear in the court and insist to go though the court hearing. Ryan and the presiding Judge Marguerite Downing star to play game. Ryan said he would like to have Judge Hiroshige to appear in the court to be the witness of if I could be a fit mom. I was thinking why the paternity finding conference become that if he is the witness. As in the past I have writing a whole thing to the court that how Joshua Tin was came into this world due to the result of Judge Hiroshige promised marriage and family, and we were planning to get marry and have a family. And now him did not want to be responsible at all. And the court and his colleague Judges will help him not do the right thing. I also had disclose the court hat how I was raped by the biological father. But Judge Marguerite Downing and the dept council start playing game that there is no need to call Judge Hiroshige appear in the court. And the dept council said there is a DNA test had been down by Judge Hiroshige and shows that he is not the biological father. I question the county council that the first date I had testify Alan Isaac is the biological father, Judge Hiroshige was the presume father, why him make Judge Hiroshige to do the DNA test again? What is his purpose? In addition, I have never mention to any body that he is the biological father both in writing or wordboully. Judge Hiroshige is the presumed father and he is on called to come in to testify if Joshua Tin was born because he and I was planning to get marry and have a family, and did he left me while I was eight month pregnant. And the purpose have him to appear in the court, which is hoping that he will step forward and take his responsibility.

However I believe Judge Marguerite Downing for some reason had give favor to her colleague. She insist to have Alan Isaac to remind to be the father. May I ask if the court should give a favor to some one because he is a friend? A colleague, The Governor? Should the law apply to every body equally including Judges, Lawyer, Governor and the President of the Unit State? NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. Or those people would be above the law? I had asked my Lawyer Ryan Matienzo to get the court transcript on Sep 23, 2008, Judge Margret Downing SIGN DENY to release any those information to me. That is illegal. There is no law prevent me to get the court transcript. Please see attached my request for the transcript with Judge Downing’s signature to deny FOR COURT TRANSCRIP. EXHIBT NINE. She knew that she had done some thing wrong, so she did not want to release those transcript.

Now that the Department of Children and Family Services is trying to use every single incidence and made it is look like I was the problem, to cancel all of my visitation and try to put Joshua Tin into ADOPTION so that Judge Hiroshige will never have any financial responsibility. DCFS keep lie to the court that my son won’t be able to make a statement if he want to return home. Actually, in the past each phone call I had with my son was taped recorded since the date one my son was put into the foster family, he carried that he want to be with his mother, he want to go home. But Social worker lied to the court and said my son was not able to make any statement on what he wants. In the beginning when my son was just detent, I was able to call him on daily basis. And keep emotional connected with him. However, after Amy Watanabe took over the social worker, she change my son from one foster family to another foster family with out discuss with me at all. She just made a decision and trade my son like a dog from one pound to another pound, and take him out from the faster family and put him to another family, without considerate if my son would be able to adapt the changing environment and how is that going to affect on his psychologically and emotionally. Please see the foster father’s report that my son carried out at least three to four times a night from the sudden foster family change. She also put Joshua into Confidential placement and cutting me off and have any connection I had with my son, if I am under the family reunification services. Why I should stop calling my son? In which I had taken this issue up to the executive director Rick Brian, when Rick Brian asked Why Amy Watanabe stop me by calling my son, she said that because the foster father asked her not to release the phone # to me, HOWEVER, I HAVE THE FOSTER FATHER’S HAND WRITTEN DECALRATION THAT HE NEVER REQUEST DO NOT RELEASE HIS HOME PHONE TO ME. What is the intention from Yumi Lin, Amy Watanabe? Also during the time deal with the social worker, Yumi, Huichi, and Angle Chou getting involved with Judge Hiroshige’s financial settlement between me and him. They had telling me that Judge Hiroshige was not responsible for Joshua. He was not the biological father, why do you want $3,000 a month. I said told her that is what he offer to me. In addition that is between me and him. He agrees to support me and the child, if he did not want to, he will talk to my lawyer? Why are you getting involved with a financial settlement? Or I asked to much or he offer too little. One time I had told Huichi that I have a lawyer and he has a lawyer, why are you getting involved? But that only make DCFS social worker more angry at me. They said why don’t you want the biological father to raise the child? Why you want Judge Hiroshige raise the child by him self?

I had told Dr. Loc Ngyuen and Mr. Rick Brian that there is no trust between me and Asian Pacific Unit, how can I expect them to help me? I would like my case to transfer out to other unit, but they refused. For one year my son in the foster family, there is no social worker ever talk to me more than 10 time on how to help me beside tell me that Judge Hiroshige is not responsible for me and my son. We don’t know where is the biological father, he is criminal by raping me. In addition, he has no job, he does drugs. He is not in good character. But they want him to be remain as the father. And now they want to put my son into Adoption. In addition, they called police on me with no reason and try to make me look I am person violent and crazy. The police officer Lutenant John Curley had to advise DCFS do not call if there is no crime.

Judge Hiroshige uses one of GOVERMENT AGENCY at-taped all of my phone, Including my cell phone, my work phone, and my home phone. He knew who I talked to. The tape should be exanimate for the alteration, but Bob Hartmann covers it up. Never sent to any lab for the examination.
Had Bob misrepresenting me in the court and get me convicted with a crime and also influence not presenting the evidence to Jury about him perjured me to put me in the jail.

And the LAB cannot move the equipment to city attorney's office to examined the tape. And Bob Hartmann knew that when he write the letter to the Prosecutor, without the equipment, the tech cannot exanimate the tape at all. However, everybody knew that they should get the original tape pick up and exanimate it, but nobody to do so. By the standard, Sandra Streeter is a lawyer and should prosecuting crime, She and Bob both know the tape has been altered it. But they will not do anything. In the opposed way, they help Judge Hiroshige cover up the altered tape. From Sept 24, 2008, Bob request the original tape to be exanimate, and the City attorney refuse to give to him, Until Sep 04, 2009, I request Bob talk to the court for tape examination, I said if he is not going to do so, I will talk to the Judge to get the tape exanimate. Finally Bob made the motion to have the tape examined. But the City Attorney refuse to release the tape and request the technician to go her office to examined the tape. By her knowledge, she ALREADY knew nobody can USEING COPY TO get the tape examined.

And now they are using the psychiatrist to write a letter to the court, and to tell the court that I should be dangerous to Judge Hiroshige. I cannot change my felling that I did not like this man. I loved a man with low quality under later. But I never want to kill him. I do not know where this Psychiatrist found those information. I had never tell anybody I want to kill him or plan to kill him. I think this psychiatrist has sold me.

Judge Hiroshige is not like apparently a nice man and talk about the race discrimination in the public on the news, TV, for contribution to the society. That is the package he plays on the stage. In the real life, he is abusive, selfish, no family value, sleep around. He is very evil. He fight five years for financial settlement with his ex-wife for the divorce, cause a huge emotional distress to his first wife and his own son. And also caused his son has chronology depression. His son never stat and capable to any college, but he blame every thing to his ex-wife. And in the public he is play a role as the perfect Judge. In the bible said the husband is the head for the family. He should be the leader, he should be the brain. With his low moral, ethical standard, I don’t know how he can be the leader. If he has no moral to be the leader in the family, I don’t know what is his moral to be the leader in the public.
After I had all of the problems, I heard that he had a reputation that he like to date young woman. I was talking to one of the deputy DA, Chris Leong, and he told me that Judge Hiroshige like to date young, beautiful woman, I asked him to gave me some the name of the young woman, he refuse to. I guess he date me only because I was young and beautiful, He said he is going to marry to me only want to use this to get sex. Now I realized how many YOUNG woman he had dated? He also had cheat on his first wife. Abandon me while I was eight month pregnant even though we did not know for sure that he is not the biological father for my son, and cause a huge emotional damage on me. I was a student when I initially came into this country, I was beautiful, young, energetic, ambitious. But after what he did to me, and abandon me, I did not know how to survive. I had tried to committed four times suicidal after he left me with a baby. I am in this country by myself, I have no help. In stead of help me, Judge Hiroshige not only cover up the rape case, but also start to make a false police report to prosecuting me. He talked to me though friend that he is willing to pay $3,000 a month to support me and the child. Then He turn around said I black mail him for money. My existence is a problem on his career and his reputation. He altered an tape and used it put me into Jail for two weeks. No lawyer help me on my criminal case. Every lawyer I hire would give me false information. He will use his connection to threaten them. I have no one on my side to help.

He blame every thing on me. I went to Alan Isaac’s house on my own. If I did not put my situation that I would not be get rape, so that I will pay the price for that.

I date him due to I though that Judge should be the most honorable people on the earth. I want to give him my whole life. However, He made me wonder if United State really is really a Democratic country with the holy Bible and holy spirit for the foundation.

He is not only influence the PUBLICE OFFECER not improperly handle my case. But he had try to hire a professional killer to kill me, I had report this to Judge John Conley’s court room. My existence is dangerous to him. I learned that he want to become a Federal Court Judge? With his quality, I don’t know how he is going to be the federal court Judge?

For all of the above reason, after he find me file a lawsuit with Bank of America, he influence every lawyer I had either withdraw from my case or settle my lawsuit with out my permission. Lawyer Markus Mancini withdraw from my employment case with out any reason, Debra Opri settle my case with out my permit. Finally, he influence Susan Hartley had put me in the dark, she never finish the deposition and discovery on my case, and she did misrepresentation in the summary judgment with out my presence. She never either finish the deposition, never even submit the evidence to the court. After the judge made the decision on ruling favor to defendant, I request Susan Hartley to file a motion for the Judge to re-considerate on my employment case. But she ignore my request on my daily email, I was forced to write a motion on my own. My employment case has nothing to do with him, who gave him the right to influence every lawyer I had? Now I have no support, I am in this country by myself. I need work to make money to raise my son. Without any financial earning, how may I going to survive, how may I going to raise a beautiful little boy by myself? Judge Hiroshige did not support t at me at all, but he wants to destroy me. I came into this country as a student. I thought this is a wonderful county, but now I see the dark side of America. Do I live in America or I live in China?

Now that, the Nicholas Cain, the Sr. deputy commissioner in DRE called me on Nov 25, 2008. The first thing he asked me is that He heard that I have received the letter from him why I did not response? I said that his letter was not address to me why should I response to him. No. 2, how he knew that I got his letter? He could not answer it. Now Judge Hiroshige is trying to take my license away. Not only that. After I report this problem to a Federal court judge for help, she had Pasadena court give me more time and looking for a lawyer, LA county bar association give a referral for the lawyer Thomas Bradford. I went to for interview. In the end, Mr. Thomas Bradford said that it is not Judge Hiroshige’s responsibility to report some one rape me. I answer him that may be Judge Hiroshige did not have to help me to report a rape case, but he did not have to influence the police not to prosecute. And later, he called me back that he is not going to take my case. May I asked how him knew about my rape case? Who told him that?

I would like to Judicial Performance committee to formal investigate on Judge Hiroshige, who give him the right at-taped my phone? That is federal crime. When I try to make a police report, they said that they are not going to make a police report, and they are not going to make any investigation on a Judge??????? I would like to seek the protection from the Judicial Performance Committee, if every thing what I told you is true and corrected, I would like to see the discipline action be taken.

I felt very scared about my life and work situation. I hope I can get some help.
