I would like to learn how to help promote Mahalo on my website MyDiningSpot.com. At the same time help promote MyDiningSpot.com on Mahalo

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

E.g of Questions : What do you think of my site ? or How to improve/market my site ?
I can see that your site is related to restaurants and stuff. As it is not a blog type of site where you can post articles. However to promote Mahalo, you can put the Mahalo Widget on your site if you like. This can be considered as an exchange. :-)
Or else, I noticed a section about Favourite links on your site. Try putting a link there for Mahalo. It should help.
If you are not into that, you can post the Mahalo widget to your social networking profiles or any other blogs you have. That would help your friends and other people to know about Mahalo. Take a look at @jeffhoard 's site as an example.

Hope this Helps ! Make sure asking about your site in Mahalo answers is not considered as spam or such things, by asking a private question from a Mahalo Staff. :-)

M$On the reverse end, you can always add a widget for Mahalo on your web site (which I believe there is a widget...don't mark my words on that). If there isn't, just add a link to the website to add traffic to your Mahalo website. And give them a reason to: to see the answers to your questions, to see you chose the best answer, to see whose right or wrong, and to check out the other members of Mahalo. You should also be using Twitter, Facebook, and/or YouTube to help your business out.
But of course, the best answer can come from a veteran user or a Mahalo staff member.
I hope I help you out a little, and wish you luck on your trafficking success.
