I would like to know if going with a debt consolidator is the right choice for me as far as getting out of debt for $7,000.00.

I am 7 years in with bankruptcy I pay my credit card bills on time if I can send more towards my monthly payment I do if I can't I send the minimum amount please help I would like to become a home owner in the next year or 2
