I was wondering what kind of impact you think Dez Bryant will have on the Dallas Cowboys this season, either positive or negative. H

e's a great talent coming to a team that is already pretty well loaded on the offensive side of the ball. He's had some issues in the past year, as have been well documented. Do you think he'll stay out of trouble now that he's in the NFL or being on the big stage now in Dallas be a problem for him? Just seems his maturity level isn't where it needs to be yet. Any thoughts on this issue?

Hey good question. I look at Dez Bryant as maybe being a motivator for the under performing Roy Williams. If arrival on the team results in Williams playing to his potential then even if he fails or gets into trouble, his addition to the team can be considered a big plus. Bryant has talent and if he can live up to it, Dallas will have a three receiver attack that could fly through and around opposing team's defenses. This should make Tony Romo's eyes light up. The Dallas Cowboys may get lucky and because of drafting Bryant, also get back Williams. If so they will probably win their division. If not, the tears are going to flow a river of discontent in the Dallas locker room and stands. If Williams doesn't stand up and compete and win the starting job, look out. Bottom line is Dez Bryant has talent and I think he will stay out of trouble long enough to produce for the Cowboys.

It would a nice little story if Dez Bryant could suddenly turn around what has been an exciting, but frustrating career at Oklahoma State and be able to be a great pro receiver. Certainly the Dallas Cowboys think he can do it, or are at least willing to give him a chance, but I have my doubts. Despite the cracking down on certain players when they go out of bounds off the field, it really doesn’t seem to be reducing the events.

I think Bryant could be a very good #3 receiver for the Cowboys if he can stay on the straight and narrow, but it seems like these kinds of guys almost always find a way to screw up again at some point. I expect he’ll either miss a few games because he was suspended or because his attitude with the team will cause him to miss some playing time over the course of this season.

The Dallas Cowboys is in dire need of wide receivers and I think they solved their problems with this already by acquiring the troubled yet equally talented Dez Bryant. The Cowboys even bolstered that weak spot by adding more wide receiver on its roster.
Bryant could’ve been picked high in the NFL Draft if not for his infamous antics and behaviors off the field. Although football aficionados question his work ethics all across the country, but still many feels Bryant as a potent force to reckon with. He is agile and swift and has nice hands to catch the football with relative ease.
If the Cowboys will be able to contain Bryant and his attitude, things will be fruitful for both sides. After all Cowboys are also renowned for motivating players and I reckoned the Cowboys already assessed the risks of selecting Bryant. And if ever the Cowboys polished a diamond in the rough well they will finally feel very lucky with their choice of tabbing Bryant in the Draft.
