I was wondering how to put on a few pounds, there are many programs for people to loose weight but hardly and for people to gain it. Help?

We are a small family and we are all just over 100 pounds. I haven't gained hardly any weight since I was about 12. Family doctors say it's normal and eventually we will gain weight but my grandmother is even only 98 pounds. There has to be something out there to help us. I've been in a 00 since jr high and it's so hard to find clothes in my size.

well, muscle weighs more than fat, so I would just do strength training such as lifting weights and doing crutches....something that will strengthen you, but not necessarily make you sweat/lose weight
