I want to avoid leg cramps, what type of exercise is best for me?

One of the reasons you might be getting muscle cramps is that you are not drinking enough water. Your body maybe dehydrated. [www.mahalo.com/athletes Athletes are told to drink as much water as their body can hold to lubricate their muscles.
I would ask you, are you drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day? Do you find yourself thirsty? Once you are thirsty you are dehydrated. You can't substitute juices or sodas for water. You need to drink water.
So once you think about that question, then maybe there is something else going on with you. Water is a big savior to the body. Don't miss drinking water each day.
