I loved No More Heros, it is sort of a GTA on the Wii
Okami is an often overlooked game, sorta similar to the Legend of Zelda games.
Resident Evil 4 on the Wii is pretty amazing
The Metroid Prime trilogy remade with Wii controls is great, and a really great deal, but won't be out for another month.
Mario Galaxy is great if you like the 3d mario games, some say it is the best in the series.
World of Goo is the most original game i have found on the Wii.
