i use an iptv connection,and data is transmitted to it@8mbps.is it possible2 plug in this wire to my pc and get 8mbps on it?plz read details

so i use an iptv connection in my home.
I have a common router for my iptv ethernet port,dsl broadband ethernet port and wifi .
now here in india, broadband speeds are reeeally slow,and im talking half mbps to 2mbps slow.(we have 8mbps and 4mbps, but its expensive and limited data download)
recently i was informed that my iptv broadcasts the channels from my service providers server to me @8mbps, and according to my internet plan,i get 1mbps for my broadband.
so my question is this: is it possible to somehow plug in the iptv ehertnet wire into my computer and get 8mbps speed on it? when i plug in the iptv wire into my pc,the internet works,but it is very slow and sluggish...any suggestions and or information would be greatly appreciated.
