Being in Hong Kong it may be more difficult because you aren't surrounded by English content all day, but I'm sure you can still find some decent English books and magazines that you can read.
The more you read the more natural English writing will come to you as you learn how to incorporate a wider vocabulary and borrow phrases and styles from what you read.
