I take 7.5 mg Lortab twice a day. Have been for 2 years. Will this cause Fatty Liver. Also at night I take 1 mg xanax to sleep. I am hyper

I could find nothing that indicated Lortab affects the liver, however, I did find lots of information stating that you should not use Lortab if you already have liver disease.
