I swear sean kingston's jamaican accent is FAKE! has anyone else noticed? agree?

Sean Kingston moved to Jamaica from Miami when he was 6 which is why his accent sounds a little off but I don't believe it is fake, it was just picked up a little late in life when he moved. This happens to others when they move to other countries as well (I know someone that moved to Scotland and now kind of has a scottish accent).
