I started to avoid juices with vitamin C added...
So suppose I drink 2 liters of juice each day. That means I consume 8*150=1200%, that is 12 times more than the sufficient amount of vitamin C.
Isn't it this a health problem?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The good news is if you take more than the normal dose, most of it you just pee out in your urine. If your urine is bright yellow (not dark yellow, that means you're dehydrated), then you are probably peeing out some water-soluble vitamins and you're taking too much of something--maybe Vit C, maybe not.
However, it can cause you some health issues in the short- and long-term.
Short-term, you might get nausea, diarrhea and cramping.
Long-term, it might cause kidney stones, and make your body less likely to absorb other vitamins properly.
As long as you drink juices in moderation, 2 8 oz glasses a day, and don't overdo it on vitamin C rich fruits (like oranges), you should be just fine.

Wikipedia has a ton of info on this:

I used to drink Odwallas like water when I was in college. Those things have, like, 1000% of your daily intake of Vitamin C and all that. My pee was neon yellow for weeks, and because of the fruit content I was quite "regular" (perhaps a little too much so), but otherwise no ill effects.
