You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

yes yoga is very good for relaxation. This is because yoga is comprised of body movements and breathing methods that aim to stretch the body's muscles and lungs causing them to be less tense and more at ease. This concept works a little like stretching before a workout. Stretching generally eases muscles to prevent cramps. Yoga prolongs this stretching for minutes which results to deeper muscle relaxations and joint flexibility. Yoga positions also play a big part in flexibility, which can be extremely helpful to joints and cartilage, and could help prevent joint diseases like arthritis.

I'm sure with more research you might be able to find more helpful info; I hope my answer was helpful.

yoga as mostly known everywhere is definately good and helpful....but if you really want to go deeper then go towards original and traditional path of yoga....both work well if you are just looking for relaxation
