After the blogger issue with the "Skanks of New York," (which was a anonymous blogger writing opinions about someone) with or without a lawyer Facebook might withhold that information.
Facebook will look at the information and remove that account from the bully and maybe other accounts if they can connect the dots.

M$They may not be able to ever find out who did it. The best they can do is disable/delete the account. If they have not done this then you should report it again and put in a note that you had tried once already. I hope this helps.
