I really want to learn to make cassoulet. I wonder where I can find tarbais beans.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Without knowing where you are, I'd try natural foods stores like Whole Foods, particularly in the bulk bins area, first.
However, Tarbais Beans can be found online. I found them at D'Artagnan.com for $11.99/lb in dried form.

The cassoulet sounds wonderful - happy cooking!
