I read the how to build a how - to page guide on the site but I still don't understand how to add a video. Where is the menu they speak of?

The menu seems to be down at the moment...mine isn't showing up either but it is usually up int he right hand corner it's a pale yellow color. I asked Jeff what was going on...I will let you know too
