You probably can sue Phillip Morris but you will have a hard time winning anything. Others have tried. There are a lot of variables that make it hard to predict. It doesn't cost anything to contact some personal injury attorneys and see if there is one who will take the case - for a percentage of the settlement. At worst they will advise you why it won't work. Part of the difficulty is that there has been so much publicity, warnings, etc. about the dangers of smoking it will be said that you should have quit years ago.
