I only have 4 pro challenges left. Do I have to finish all of them or do something else to moveon instorymode?
Do I have to complete all of the pro challenges or do I have to complete the sponsor challenges or something else to progress in story mode?

Pro challenges aren't necessary to progress story mode. The challenges that are directly tied to career mode are SBM and Thrasher, Deathraces, and bonus challenges, and the street and vert competitions.
