I need to replace my Strat's guitar strings. What kind of strings should I use?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The Stratocaster is a Fender product, so I use Fender strings. Fender Nickelplated Steel, Super Bullets. Gauges are .009, .011, .016, .024, .032, .042. I think Ernie Ball Super Slinkys are about the same gauges, but the regular Slinkys might be a bit too heavy. Good luck!
