I need to pick up a good mp3 player before my flight. Not iPod because I hate the iTunes interface. Suggestions?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

My other suggestion is to pick up a cheap Sansa Clip or Fuze. Not nearly the same build quality (light and plasticy but still durable) as the Zune of the iPod but its absolutely the best value for the money. The nice thing about these Sansas is that you dont need any software- simply drag and drop you music to the player like a flash drive. I have seen the Clips sell for as low as $20 with free shipping- don't be afraid to buy refurbished.
