I NEED TO CONTACT MEL KARMAZIN OR THEY WILL LOSE SEVERAL XM ACCOUNTS.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

What is the issue you are having? You are most likely just going to have to contact customer service and ask for a supervisor.
If it is something you don't understand, why don't you ask here?

XM supervisors are about as helpful as tits on a bull. I contacted their billing dept. a week ago and asked if I could pay my bill next week without losing my service. He said "no problem". Then , today, my radio was turned off. I spent OVER AN HOUR on hold trying to reach a so-called "supervisor" (3 calls at 22 minutes each on hold). When I finally got one, I couldn't understand him (in Pakistan?) and he REFUSED to honor the agreement that I had made with their other rep last week! This company is TERRIBLE. It's a gigantic monopoly! ONE corporation operating the ONLY satellite service and 300+ channels! Why not give ALL of the FM radio stations to them as well? And, we could toss in the AM stations with the help of a few more lobbyists in XM's base city, WASHINGTON, DC? Contact your Senator and tell them to BREAK THE MONOPOLY. Plus, the quality of most of their programming is TERRIBLE! Here's XMSirius's street address: 1500 Eckington Place NE Washington, DC 20002. ALL of their web addresses take you to the losers like I reached yesterday overseas (I think his name was Rufus T. Firefly in Freedonia). GOOD LUCK!
