I need an idea to start a year 8 fantasy quest narrative
I have to submit a 500 work fantasy essay and am stuck on where to start.

Start with something you know. Have a cat or dog? Imagine them as a dragon and tell their story as you imagine it.
Someone at school who gets on your nerves? Make them the villain in your story and do to them in your story what you'd like to do in person. Make their hair turn into gummy worms.
