I need a recommendation for a fitness website. One that gives me a personalized workout routine.

I want:
-Personalized workout based on my capabilities and my available time
-Explanations about the exercises (videos will be great)
-Accomplishments tracking

Will be great:
-iPhone integration (an iphone app that shows me my daily routine and let me report the exercises i have done)

I already checked out traineo.com, runfatboy.net, activebody.org, getfitright.com and bought the iFitness iphone app but still haven't found the one.

While I'm willing to pay a small monthly fee, I can't afford more than U$10 a month on this.
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I know a lot of people use http://www.sparkpeople.com . It's free, and they do offer free diet and fitness plans. There is a huge community there with all kinds of groups to join; find the one where their diet and/or fitness plan is similar to yours so you can encourage each other.

And, THEY HAVE AN IPHONE APP! Awesome!

Be warned; they will send you several messages a day, but you can turn these off.

You might want to check out Fitizens
http://www.fitizens.com

I don't believe they have an iPhone app, but it seems to be a great community for this sort of thing.
